Called them for an estimate. Was an amazing customer experience. He sat down with me and provided an estimate on site. Had all his information ready, and didn't have to go back to his office to finish the estimate. We are scheduled for an install and they are easy to work with as far as waiting on tax return.

They were fast and efficient. Had us up and running with heat in record time. From Candy in the office to the tech that came out they were all so nice.

After providing dispatch with my information, it took about an hour to get a response from the tech. From there, it was 1.5 hr wait (on a Saturday). The tech was on time, friendly and had my AC working within 20 minutes! The service fee was a flat rate plus the cost of the part my unit needed replacing. Another place I’d called in town would have charged me double for the device fee alone. Highly recommend!!

Tim (I think his name was, I'm bad with names) came out today and looked at my system after some bad experiences with a few other local companies. He walked me through my system, explained how everything worked, and explained where we could see some improvements. He didn't try just tell me my system was garbage or try to sell me an entirely new system. His honesty was greatly appreciated and I'm looking forward to having Evergreen come back out and perform the repairs and upgrades discussed.

Tim at Evergreen took great care of us! The AC went out after hours on Friday evening, Tim responded quickly and identified the issue. He didn’t have the specialty part, but took extra care of us by tracking one down even though the Lennox supplier was closed for the weekend. He came back and fixed the AC. We were so thankful to have Tim help us, he was knowledgeable and thorough, and definitely went the extra mile for us! Thanks Tim!

Tim came out today after I called for an appointment yesterday, talk about quick service when others I called prior had a 2 to 3 week wait for a maintenance call. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and very.friendly and.easy to talk with about my concerns.

I will definitely be using them in the future.
