Evergreen technicians were on time and very efficient. We were not home at the time they did the install. They came in, did their work, and cleaned up afterward. When we got home we could not even tell they had been there except for the new equipment! The new AC is also very quiet. I would highly recommend Evergreen.

I had never used Evergreen before, but they answered my call in the evening, after I tried to call other places that were either closed or not answering my call. The lady on the phone was professional and helpful, and she made sure we knew what costs would be involved BEFORE they sent anyone to our house, which is much appreciated. The man who came to our house was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC problem in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company!

Mike did a great job on my AC maintenance call. He identified a drainage set up problem as the root cause of the issue. He refitted all the piping, and demonstrated that he was going to do the harder option because it was the right thing to do. He communicated the issue well and was super pleasant the entire time. Dude should get a raise.

Got home from grocery shopping to a dead thermostat panel. The tech, Ryan, knew exactly what was wrong before he even got here! He was so nice and fixed it quickly. I should mention that from the time I called to the time it was fixed was LESS than 2 hours. Could not have been happier!

Got here when they said to expect him. Diagnosed the issue very quickly and repaired right away

Worst experience I’ve ever had. There’s no way this company have this many positive reviews. It must be fake reviews.
I called them 4 times within 5 hours window and they kept saying the same thing “ our dispatch will contact you soon to let you know when the technician will arrive “ but dispatch never called and the technician never arrived.
I called another company and they managed to showed up within one hour.

Will never deal with Evergreen again 😡
