Had some trouble with my furnace fan and Mr Tim came out and saved the day! Very Friendly over the phone setting the appointment as well. Will be using again. Thank y'all!

Evergreen is very responsive to service calls and will even come multiple times until an issue is resolved to our satisfaction.

A technician named Tim came out and did a great job today! They were able to find a time that worked for me. Tim was quick, efficient and honest. He helped me understand the issue and made sure my system was running before he left! Great job Tim! And thank you Evergreen for the fantastic service.

Tim came out to do a semi annual inspection of my units for the first time. He was extremely thorough and brought me his report card of my systems. My units are only 3-4 years old but discovered my upper unit and an issue where the fan had collected a huge amount of dust and debris from the hot humid summer. He suggested cleaning and a UV light to correct the problem. Great service and knowledge in what he does, I couldn’t be happier. I’m actually going to have him come back and clean my duct work as well.

Technician was very thorough, checking all components and reviewing maintenance checklist upon completion.

Our ac went out a few months ago. Service was nice and told us we could finance as we could not afford a new system straight out the gate. Talked to them a handful of times and their tech. But when it came to installing they were amazing until the fact that they never talked to us or the installers about the financing the unit. No one communicated our needs to each other. So after install we where left scrambling to figure out a solution. And when we tried running a monthly fee agreement. We got told we didn't qualify with no explanation. And left with the bill when nothing was agreed upon. Their techs and installers where great. But the lack of communication of not having enough to pay for it left us behind on some of our bills.

Tim was super polite and professional. He was efficient and thorough. Great tech at a great company.

Mr. Mike was great. Good job by all service personnel. The company sends a text to let you know someone has been dispatched. Candy also is friendly and prompt. Always top notch!
