Evergreen Heating and Cooling

Evergreen heating and cooling is a very good company to get your service or maintenance.

When I called to schedule my maintenance, I got it set for the next day. I got notified when the technician was dispatched.

Mike came to do a maintenance check on my a/c and he did a great job explaining to me what he discovered. He made sure that I understood what was going on with the unit and told me the recommended steps to do.

After Mike completed his job, he showed me the pictures and explained what was on the report and his recommendations. He was very thorough with the explanations. He was very professional and friendly and always with a smile.

I’m always happy to do business with Evergreen. I can call them when there’s a problem and I get scheduled quickly.

I have not been disappointed with their work. I recommend Evergreen Heating & Cooling if you have any problems with your heating and cooling.

Mike did an awesome job, spent quite a bit troubleshooting to fix my issue that was a very simple fix, but felt like he went over and beyond to make sure it was taken care of.

Evergreen Heating and Air did a great job installing a new hvac system in my home,, they also cleaned my existing air ducts as well. I am very pleased with them and would highly recommend them

About to call them again need to add some more supply lines. Great service and value. Had multiple bids on a new system. I did not choose low bid. Why because the offered Evergreen offered the best value. Cheapest is not always the best. BTW I work in construction estimating and project management I tend to look at contractor value vs cost.

When there’s a problem with your heating or a/c it’s always an uneasy time. The timing is never convenient and it is usually pricey to repair. The technician that came out to service my heater was extremely nice and personable. You can tell he’s not there to just do a job and leave, he really wanted to help and answered all my questions. That gave me peace of mind even during this arctic blast causing record cold in Texas this December

Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail what services were needed complete with photos and the breakdown as well as pricing.

Mr. Brebur came to fix my heating system after hours when no other company would send out a technician. He stayed well into the evening, working to ensure that we would have heat for our little ones. There was an issue with the heating system that arose due to the shoddy craftsmanship of the builder. Fortunately, Mr. Brebur was able to use his ingenuity to circumvent the problem and provide us with heat through the holidays. He even turned down hot tamales as he was leaving because he didn't want to impose. I can not recommend more highly.

The entire company exhibits integrity, professionalism and quality work. We just had Mike, and prior to him, Tim who were above and beyond in their service and care. Candy always receives our calls of need with efficiency and care. I know she will get us the help we need quickly.

Extremely responsive and professional from first contact, providing an estimate, follow up on status and thru installation. Estimator didn't oversell products, listened to our needs and gave a perfect recommendation. Considering it is the middle of Summer, they were able to source all of the parts and complete installation in just a couple of weeks for an entire 4 zone ductless system. Installers were awesome, non-intrusive and very professional. Most importantly, the system they installed exceeds our expectations. Evergreen (and Bowen electricians) are the best contractor experience we've had in any of the places we've lived.
