    Manager Jason is Argumentative and Assumptive . Easy to get in shouting matches with him.

    *Update (1 of 2): Notice how the business just responded to the complaint and proves my point. Instead of actually calling the customer to hear them out, make amends, or make things right, they go back to arguing by replying to online customer complaints with their own bias & assumptions. They're truly not customer focused*

    I waited (a long time like the service completion) over a week to speak to the owner William Alexander and was never called. Jason said he told the owner. It seems he and the owner feel customer issues waste their time to resolve. They seem to look down on customer issues and complaints. It’s disrespectful of individual customer needs ( i.e. I and their employee waited approximately over two hours in the cold for the other tech to come back). Because of that, my cold and sickness became worse. And it’s disrespectful of individual employees (even their own employee was upset that the other tech left with the truck to tend to another job in the middle of our job!)

    Jason Lies at times. He says one thing and then another happens. He said one issue was the heater size, but it was verified that it wasn’t. He repeatedly didn’t do what they say will do. He will ask about the customer issue not to resolve, listen or understand but to pick at and argue with.

    These experiences waste customers’ time, not to mention waiting for their 2 day install, waiting for a phone call from the owner, and waiting for an email response. They don’t seem to put customers first. The company didn’t respond to an email for insurance help request.

    James is often focusing on customer faults and assumptions instead of trying to resolve and offer customer service solutions. He Spends time babbling and focusing on problems. And he often puts words into customers’ mouth. I never said anything about money taken off. He never offered solutions, suggestions to make up for the lack of service. Instead, he only argued his point and company’s perspective, not about the customer.

    It’s disrespectful. He said he handles customer issues, but doesn’t resolve them and when he cannot/ is unwilling to resolve them, he doesn’t make them accepted at a higher level when a customer requests.

    It’s a Customer service failure.
    As a result of unpreparation of connection extension tools, I had to be without water for a day.
    I’m appreciative of them trying to make it happen, but do not appreciate the lack service and respect in my stated regards and their unwillingness to hear the customer out and make up for the holes in service that were experienced. And I do not appreciate their lack of appreciation of my patience and tolerance I put up as a customer. I won't give them the lowest rating for their initial effort. Lack of follow-up is a huge issue.

    To this day I never received a call to apologize or work things out.

    After my review, I was emailed by the same generic business email address that never responded to me for over an week saying they were upper management (similar to another upset reviewer). They ended up not even hearing my side and immediately arguing through email.

    I still remember and may not ever forget their shivering and upset apparently Hispanic/Arabic employee sitting out in the cold for nearly 2 hours on a busted microwave like a homeless man in front of my house waiting for his partner to pick them up, that left him in the middle of our job (ordered by management) to do another job late at night, after he long before completed his part and still needed his partner's help to finish our job.

    And like other reviewers, the tech was very nice during the install.

    After the level of stubbornness and arrogance seen in their follow-up, in which I've never seen, I'm now changing the review to one star.*

    As for the water heater quality, It can lose heat after a short time and you have to turn the knob to make the water hotter until it's the hottest you can turn it to, then you have no choice but to lose temperature heat.*

    The two guys that came by to clean the condensate drain lines and do a general AC inspection were professional and straightforward about the whole process. I had a question about billing; management was candid and able to resolve very quickly. I'd go back for tune-ups and other work.

    I called in and they were there in less than half an hour. Gave me a nice first time discount. Fixed my AC and even told me of a safety hazard I currently had. Very professional and courteous, good service.

    Eric was prompt, polite, did good work, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Repair of leaking water heater hose was made late at night the day before Thanksgiving. We are very thankful for the good service!!
