Our hot water heater stopped working over the weekend, and when I called on Monday I immediately talked with someone who then got a crew to our home. When it was obvious it couldn’t be fixed, one gentleman left to get a new water heater while the other gentleman started the prep to remove the old unit. Less than four hours after my initial phone call we had hot water again! The service was great, the men were very polite and efficient, and the estimate provided was spot-on. I will definitely be calling them again!

I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair or replace my furnace, when I found it wasn't working. Several companies responded, but Jason at Trademark Home Services seemed to answer all my questions and had all the facts, no hard sell, he even had all information printed and emailed it to me so I could consult with my son about what I should do. They even got the job done before the cold set in, even with their busy schedule, the guys that installed the unit were very efficient and neat. I would refer to them whenever I need one of their offered services and have referred them to my neighbors and friends.

I received an email from Angie's List re: a gas fireplace tune-up offer from Trademark Home Services. After reading other Trademark reviews I crossed my fingers that Jason would be the one assigned to my request. Sure enough, luck was on my side (for once). Jason was very knowledgeable but talked to me in terms I could understand...he was also very personable and professional. Gas Valve replacement and fireplace refurbishment was recommended. Service was arranged in a timely matter and at that point I was introduced to Eric G. and a new employee by the name of Rob who was riding shotgun with Jason while in training. I was extremely pleased with the service and repairs performed by all three gentlemen. I had the pleasure of speaking with Amy on a couple of different occasions re: pricing and scheduling...couldn't have been more pleased with her level of professionalism, consideration, and friendliness! I even signed up for the Trademark Home Protection program for the furnace tune-up...may add other protection options in the future.

Technician Eric arrived on schedule. Very professional and friendly. Went to work inspecting the ac unit in the attic and outside. Replaced the air filter. Very efficient. Works clean. Very satisfied. Have used this service for HVAC and plumbing. Have always pleased me with their service.

Trademark acquired the Hvac company that installed my system destroyed by Harvey. They were quick to respond to fix the installation problems and coil issues. The AC coils were caked with dust and were cleaned. The dust/dirt when cleaning the coils has now stopped up the AC drains and water is leaking into my bathroom. I phoned and left a message for Jason on the emergency line. That was around 10 this morning. Still I have not heard at 3:20. Poor service.

I used Trademark Home Services to repipe my entire house and install a new water heater. They were organized, prompt, knew what they were doing, very courteous, and very professional. They went above and beyond to repair the sheetrock places where they had to put the new pipes in. Great service! Will definitely be using their services again!

I recently used Trademark for the first time. So far I like what I see. They kept me informed prior to the service window, which included a photo of one of the techs assigned to do the job. A two-man team arrived within the time window in a marked company truck, wore protection over their shoes when entering my home, and were friendly yet diligent in their work. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why, and patiently answered all of my questions. This company has my repeated business!

Jason did an outstanding job assessing the needs, analyzing the house, calculating the required loads and outfitting the house with the proper equipment. The team that came and did the work were very professional, answered all my questions, and taught me how the system works at the end of the job. I'd recommend Trademark Home Services for any of your heating and cooling needs.

We recently had Trademark Home Services replace our water heater. They are truly professional, friendly and efficient. We are having them back again to do some electrical and plumbing work on our home. I hight recommend this company - they are the best!

AC went out and I called Trademark the next morning at 8a .They had Eric at my house at noon. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had me up and running within an hour. Didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff we didn't need. Great fast service at an affordable price .Would highly recommend.
