I must say, our experience started off 2 years ago great, it got rocky when we had issues and the team wasn’t able to figure it out. After all was said and done, it was determined we didn’t have enough return for the new larger unit.

I installed a new return and we were in business. Even after the harsh words between myself and Jason, we moved on.

Just the other day our heater wouldn’t fire up. House got cold and the kiddo couldn’t sleep well. Scheduled a service and Jason called and definitely handled it well and had Eric come out. Turns out a line was clogged from dirt. Likely a bug.

I appreciate them standing by their work even when they had every reason to turn me away. Top notch people.

They did very good job for me . Erich and his assistant are professional technicians with a very good experience. They changed my water heater tank with 10 years warranty for the parts and the labor. I recommended Trademark Home Service.

i have a classic, gas fireplace that was in dire need of cleaning. I saw a Angie's Deal for Trademark Home Services...I took the deal. Jason arrived the same day they contacted me for the appointment. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. He inspected all the connections at the fireplace and in the attic for the chimney. Ironically, as soon as we opened the access-point into the attic we smelled gas. The water-heater my home warranty company "replaced" was leaking gas! He immediately turned off the gas to the water heater and advised me to contact my home warranty company to report the leak to them to get repaired. My fireplace is ~24 yrs old...without question, I will be inviting Trademark Home Service back to "refresh" my fireplace with new grout, rock and embers. Lovely experience! If you need fireplace cleaning or refreshing...give them a shot!

I have Liberty Home Warranty, I paid them $80 to send someone to repair my electric issue in my house. After many attempts they sent Trademark Home Services and the tech fixed the issue and turned around and charged us AGAIN the service fee, this time $89. They were already to be paid from LHG Home Warranty but charged us still. I called for a refund and he said he'd look into it and call me MONDAY.. here it is Thursday and didn't call. I called him and he said they are busy, he'd do it later when he had time, it was my fault for paying it, and hung up on me. I'm NOT done with this place. I'll get my money, then I'm DONE... DO NOT USE TRADEMARK HOME SERVICES>>>>this comment is after their response, They refunded the money after this post not before. And that was after I called and the scheduling manager was very very rude and hung up on me telling me he would take care of it when he had time because they were shorthanded and he didn’t have time for me right now. So he brought this on himself.

I was pleased by the service of water heater installation. The guys are professional and willing to go extra miles to get the work done. I had a major leaking on water heater. They worked overtime till midnight on my same day request which was made Friday afternoon. Most companies wouldn't do that and asked me to wait until Monday. I would recommend their services to others.

Trademark Home Services provides EXCELLENT services to its customers. Their team is very professional and friendly. I needed to have a bathroom converted to an accessible setup for an elderly family member. Trademark's team exceeded all expectations in completing this project promptly with outstanding quality. I will definitely use them for any future work and highly recommend their services.

Great work and very professional. They diagnose the problem quickly and tell you the price before they start the repair. I had my evaporator coil replaced and everything is working smoothly now.

Jason was very professional, giving the facts and numbers without being pushy. He even showed a price sheet which I've never seen another company do. He answered all my questions and Trademark beat everyone else's prices by 2-3K for same system. The installers were also really professional and even with a tight fit closet install finished in a timely manner with no extra charge for the extra time necessary for the more challenging installation. Would definitely recommend this company in every way.

Eric was very responsive and listened to what I said. He offered options on repair and replacement at a very reasonable price.

I have gotten quotes from several companies and Trademark was the most reasonable and responsive of all the companies. I will definitely use Trademark for any other concerns that come up.

I have been working with Trademark for two weeks to repair a shower. They have not tried to find the part I need and have been very unprofessional. Today, Eric yelled at me over the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and do not complete work as promised, then change stories when called on their lies.
