Trademark was very professional from beginning to end. Had hot water heater that was leaking and dealt with Jason who gave me a fair price with no strings attached. We got the installation scheduled to accommodate my time frame and the installers showed up early and were courteous and knowledgeable. As a retired aerospace engineer, my expectations are much higher than the average homeowner. It is extremely hard to please me and I demand the best from everyone I hire. I'm very impressed with the quality and pride of workmanship that the Trademark Home Services team has. Their performance was above and beyond the bar with all aspects of the new HVAC system. I watched much of the removal and installation process, it well planned and orchestrated, their installation techniques were impressive, and the final product was flawless in my expert opinion.

Trademark Home Services has provided outstanding customer care and professionalism each time I have used their services. They start by arriving as expected, they utilize great care in keeping the areas they are working in neat and clean and use shoe covers to protect floor surfaces in the building. I have been very pleased with the care they demonstrate as many tenants treat their offices like their second homes. Their technicians are courteous and conscientious and provide quality work that they stand behind. Although they primarily work in residential settings, they have come to our property on numerous occasions to include a water heater installation for a tenant. I will most definitely keep using them in future.

Great company and very honest. I initially had another company come to assess my AC unit and was quoted an unnecessary repair worth several thousand dollars. I contacted Trademark that same day and they were able to see my within 3 hours of my phone call. They determined a minor repair was needed that cost only a couple hundred dollars. They were very professional and expedient with their repairs. I will definitely start using them for other services in the future.

Trademark Home Services just completed replacing my 12 year old A/C units and we are so far quite happy with the installed Goodman systems. With the outside units next to our master bedroom the quieter operation is quite noticeable. Throughout the process Jason was always available and willing to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I chose Trademark through the Thumbtack app after reading multiple reviews. I was contacted by Jason and he set up an appointment to come by after giving me a quote over email. They were cheaper than most but their warranty and their professionalism won me over and we set up an install date. The install team arrived promptly on scheduled date and went to work without issue, completing the job in a timely manner, cleaning up all areas they worked in. I recommend using Trademark Home Services for any AC issues.

We had a challenging water heater replacement, and I wanted to do my best to pick a company which would do the work at a fair price. Trademark Home Services had great reviews on several different sites, and I received a fair price quote from them. I took time with Jason to verify the type of water heater included in the price, and it was a Rheem Professional Classic which was rated highly. The install went well (thanks Eric), the price was as quoted (it was the second lowest quoted, with the several other prices being $200-400 higher). So, I can recommend them.
