David was on time, extremely professional, and diagnosed the issue (water coming out of secondary condensate line) quickly. I'm very impressed with Jackson Air's level of service and very reasonable costs. I'll definitely be calling them next time I need a repair!

Jackson Air & Heat came out today to replace a two speed compressor on my a/c unit. The compressor had 21 days left on a 10 year warranty.

This company is the best a/c company I have ever worked with. The gentleman arrived within the time window. They were very professional and went about their work in a timely fashion. I will definitely use this company again.

Brian arrived and quickly got to work to perform the AC maintenance check. He was very thorough and checked all of the components of the systems both in the attic and outside. He confirmed that everything was working properly with both systems. He was friendly and engaged, answering questions and offering advice on our systems.

Excellent responsiveness from Connie in the office as well, getting the appointment set up quickly and to meet our schedule.

We had a 'pre-season' inspection of our A/C system as a preventative measure. It's something we've been doing for several years with Jackson Heat and Air.
The technician, David, was polite, respectful of our home, and thorough in the performance of the inspection. He provided a complete verbal report of the inspection prior to departing. A detailed report was emailed to me later that day
