Technician came out promptly and installed the needed part. I was still under warranty after 9 years which was honored.
Great company and all employees are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The positive online reviews and BBB rating led me to Jackson Air and Heating. They did a great job scheduling a diagnostic visit. Within minutes, they were able to identify the problem. Kudos to Connie, Brian and Jordan. They were all extremely professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to call them for future needs.
This is a follow-up to the previous comments regarding Brian’s return to replace the faulty sensor. In very short order, the replacement part was installed, and the display is now reading properly. I should add that between the two visits, Brian was able to setup the system where we still had heat. That was most appreciated as outside temperatures were in the low 40s several nights.

I have been using Jackson Air & Heat for the initial A/C replacement 12 years ago and annual service checks.
All the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.
Jackson Air & Heat will continue being my HVAC service company.

Jackson was over today for the biennial preventative maintenance of this system that they installed 4 years ago. It remains in perfect condition. Very happy with the quality of their work from initial installation through to today.

Alex and his team installed a new condenser and evaporator coil. They arrived on time, put a deposit cloth down under the attic door and got to work. It took half a day. The ac is working well.
