I called Jackson Air & Heat yesterday because our central air conditioning wasn’t cooling. We are in the middle of record summer heat so I knew a/c repairmen were very busy. The person who answered the phone was super nice and said they could come out this morning at 8:30 am and it would probably take about 45 minutes for the repair. I was so happy.

This morning the repairman was parking outside our house at 8:30 a.m. ready to do the repair. He diagnosed it as a bad capacitor, replaced the part, checked the Freon level and cleaned the outside unit. He was all done in about 45 minutes.

Like the person who answered the phone, the repairman was super nice and professional.

Jorge is very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I had been having trouble with the A/C for two weeks. He came last Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Came back Monday with the parts and got the AC running in an hour.
Very respectful and personable.
Jorge is a valuable employee, the next time I have AC problems, I will request him.
