It was a pleasure working with Brian Jackson and his installation team.
Jackson Air replaced my entire AC system in less than 5 hours at a price that was substantially lower than two other bids that I had received for the same work. Jackson Air installed exactly what I had in my specification and cleaned the work area before they left the job site. My new system is working perfectly.
I look forward to my future dealings with Brian and the rest of his family-centric company.

I've been searching for a regular AC company, and I've definitely found the one. Extremely communicative and professional. The tech showed up exactly on time, performed the routine maintenance, emailed me a diagnostic sheet of my current systems, and gave me a quote for a new system, which I requested. No pushy sales tactics, as I just wanted an idea for the quote. I will definitely hire them when I am ready to replace the system in a few months. Overall, outstanding service.

Great Service and Very Professional Team. Family owned. This is the 2nd time we have used Jackson Air for new systems and they even came all the way to Needville, TX to service last year and install new systems in our new home this year. Brian, His installation team, and Connie, in the office, are wonderful to work with. They show up on time, put drop cloths throughout the house where they will be walking, Clean up after themselves including sweeping and vacuuming any debris, complete a professional job and are courteous while in your home. Have and will continue to recommend this company to our friends and family.

Jackson air and heating is an outstanding team of great technicians and folks who can and do take care of your home cooling and heating needs! I highly recommend them! They have installed and service all my air conditioning needs!

Let me say everyone was very nice I spoke to/interacted with however; I would not use them again.
Called Jackson Air on a Saturday at 9 a.m. with a unit that would not turn on at all. I was given a 12-2 window. Brian called me around 2 to say he had another job and would be out by 3 or 3:30 and was a no show. Called me around 4:30 to say I somehow was dropped off the system?? I called him back and he did not remember I was the one he had called around 2. So, now it's 5:30 and I tell him I have been waiting all day, please come. It was close to 6 pm when he told me I needed a new fan motor and he would not be able to get the part till Monday. He could not tell me when on Monday either. I call at 8 a.m. on Monday only to find out I am scheduled for 2-4 pm and asked for an earlier time. Jorge came out on time with a fully stocked truck so he had the fan motor in the vehicle and could fix it immediately. He said around $350 for the motor. Presented with an invoice for $504.95 to put a bandaid on my unit after making me sweat all weekend (literally).

Great service and timely response. Great ptice and economically friendly. My electric bill was cut in half of what it was before the new unit was put in. I love the variable speed features because its great for removing humidity. My home is a lot more comfortable now. Thanks Brian Jackson.

A 15 yo unit was replaced by a new Trane system. The install crew showed up early! Alex (crew chief) kept me informed throughout the entire installation and showed / guided me thru the new wireless thermostat once everything was installed and working. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and were polite and respectful (no slammed doors or doors left open).

I have been a customer of Jackson Air for many years. As you know it is hard to find good quality workmanship with any service company, and that is why I stick with Jackson Air. It is family owned and operated and they actually answer their Cell phones when you call. Thank you Jackson Air.
