Jackson Air and Heat installed our last system approx. 12 years ago. From the initial installation and through the years they continue to provide a great service with professional repair technicians. We recently called to have a seasonal check-up to make sure our unit continues to perform. The Technician, David Ayala was very professional, on time, responsive to our needs & questions and performed a 1st Class job on our unit. If you are looking for a quality air & heating company, then make Jackson Air & Heat your first call.

Alex and his crew were very cordial and professional during there time at the residence. They made sure to lay tarps on the floor and carpet prior to starting the job and cleaned up when finished. We were informed periodically about their progress. Were very helpful when we had to download the Trane app. Also, provided us training on the software. This is the 2nd unit that Jackson installed for us. They have always been accommodating in scheduling periodic HVAC checkups. The pricing for the installation was $1000 to $2000 less 3 other companies.for the same exact Trane unit.

Brian agreed with previous conclusion that the Trane evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced under warranty.

On time and good service. Fortunately not a big issue!
