Great service from mr.Eric knew exactly wat the issue was troubleshooted & found that the capacitor had fail fixed right on the spot Highly reccoment this guys I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The gentleman from Trademark Services replace the light fixture with the new one I had bought. He was pleasant, friendly and I throughly enjoyed talking with him. He did an excellent job, then made sure the site was clean and ask me if I wanted him to take the box, which I did. He also wanted to know if I wanted him to take the light fixture, but I was keeping it for someone. I have every intention of calling them back as now I need a plumber. I will use them for some of the handyman services also.

Trademark was Top Notch. They came out with about 2 hours notice in the evening when my line set to my AC was cut. They got us back up and running the same night very reasonable price I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the trademark team.

Trademark arrives on time and they have very knowledgeable technicians. I have used them to remove and install a new central unit, attic duct work and plumbing. All of my experiences with Trademark have been positive.

DO NOT use this company! I called Martin AC, because I had used them over the years and had no issues. This is a new owner and I was very dissatisfied with their service. I called them for a repair I needed before going out of town(replacing motor on circulation fan). The fan motor bracket broke a day later(while I'm out of town) and they wanted another $700 on top of the $825 I had just paid, in order to get my unit running. I ended up having to call someone else and pay $275. The initial repair was probably over priced, but I was leaving town and didn't have time to schedule someone else. This is a rental property and couldn't wait until I returned, so the tenants still ended up without air until I returned. My biggest issue isn't the money, it's that I think the technician should've known there could have been an issue with the bracket and didn't replace it, knowing if it broke I would need to have them come back out.

Jarrod came by to perform A/C maintenance and to repair a unit that was not working. He was extremely professional and polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and completed the repair job promptly. I would recommend Trademark Home Services and will certainly use them again myself should the need arise.

Jason is very helpful and patient. I heard trademark from a colleague and she was recommending trademark to people in need as a friend. I will do the same thing. It is always smart to choose somebody who values reputation a lot. Trademark won’t mess up anything since they need your satisfaction to extend their business and get more customers back. It is a win-win thing.

Trademark Services is my GoTo services company when I need any home repair or handyman services work. They are very prompt, courteous and always professional. Their work quality is consistent and of very high standards. I would recommend them anytime there is a need for home services.

Recommended to me by Mission Bend Homeowners' association, I needed a new water heater. Given the circumstances in our community right now, I was impressed by their service. Climbing up into the attic, is not something I could have managed. And a 10 year warranty on this 50 gallon tank is unheard of.

I had call in 3 plumbers. They came by but couldn't find the the leak. They all said it is the irrigation system. I called in Joe earlier, my irrigation guy, he told me it is from the main line. Found the name from Angie's list and called Trademark Home Services. Eric from trend maker came by the next day and found the leak, repaired the leak in three hours. His charges were very reasonable.
