Extremely pleased with Trademark and my new HVAC installation. Their team was extremely professional and quick with excellent communication throughout the process. They installed my HVAC system as promised and left my house better than they found it, even fixed my bent attic stair hinge. Top notch service with bargain prices, what more can you ask for... I always call Trademark first for all my home repairs. Jason responds quickly to my service needs. Recently (April 2020), Trademark performed my annual AC service & filter change. Alex was sent to replace my gas hot water heater and repair my yard in ground sprinkler system. The technicians are always nice & professional.

I had Trademark out to replace my upstairs ac unit about a year ago. I was so pleased and impressed with everything from the initial contact all the way through the follow up after installation. I called them to come back out to replace my downstairs unit. There are very few services out there that take the time to make sure everything is right. It is nice to know that Jason and his guys are on the same page and make a point to keep the customer on the page with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Trademark to fix a new AC install on my rental property that was done incorrectly by another technician.

The original installer did not put in the correct ducts (they were r6 and should have been r8) nor did he put the air handler in the right place to pass city inspection. There were several other issues with the original installation that needed to be corrected. Worst of all, he didn't pull a permit. After trying to ask the original installer to come back and fix his errors, and after giving me the runaround, he eventually just ignored my messages. It was a very frustrating experience, and after contacting multiple HVAC companies, nobody wanted to correct the issues without either charging an exorbitant amount, or just ripping out was done entirely and replacing it with all new equipment which would cost a small fortune.

I finally found Trademark Home Services, and asked them if they would be willing to take on a project like this. Not only were they willing, but they also came out to the property and provided a free estimate (most HVAC companies charge for estimating). They gave a fair assessment and said they would be able to use the air handler and condenser that was originally installed. (Both units were the correct size for the home, but most other companies wanted to install new equipment anyway.)

Trademark pulled the necessary permit and corrected all of the issues from the original job at a fair price. Best part of all, the city inspected the final job and it passed!

Thanks to Alex, Jason and Eric and everyone else at Trademark for a job well done. They were very understanding throughout the process and considerate of my budgetary constraints.

Hopefully you don't ever have this issue happen to you, but if it does, I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service by Jason and his crew. Had our air conditioner and water heater replaced as well as galvanized pipes upgraded to PEX tubing. Very timely with scheduling and work gets done quickly, efficiently and correct the first time. Highly recommend for any home repairs you need!!

Alex from Trademark fixed a broken condenser fan and capacitor on my AC. He came out the same day even though it was late in the afternoon. He took the time to call the manufacturer and try to claim the cost of the part under warranty as well. Shoe coverings were worn inside the house at all times. Trademark has good cost and great quality of service. I will be calling them for all future repair needs (AC, plumbing, electrical).

Trademark recently installed a mini split A/C in my garage. The installation was completed in a single day and the technician was very professional. I was pleased with the product and service. My garage is now cooler than my house!

All experiences in Trademark are awesome, I use their electrician for GFI, plumber for changing two water heaters and bathroom drain problems. Everything is perfect, they also help me fix the standard code issue with old water heater installation. All those services come with great price. Highly recommend!
