The The service was more than we can ask for. We had an emergency our water shut off valve is not working can turn the water back on and I called and I got an appointment the same day the technician came out was very courteous he put booties on he took his shoes off to go upstairs on the carpet. Htook his time to ensure we had our water back on thank you we greatly appreciate everything you did thank you

My main sewer line broke and within 72 hours, the guys were onsite, digging, replacing and installing the new pipe. Afterwards, another crew was sent to thoroughly clean up the mess. Thank you again for the quick turnaround!!

The best service I've had in a long time. My a/c went out and they were there in a couple of days installing a new unit. They even provided us with portable ac units to make us comfortable during the installation process. Awesome experience. Thanks!

Robert S. was my Trademark Home Services pro. He was professional in attitude and appearance. It was obvious that Robert is not some "newbie" off the street with a weeks training!! He definitely had a good background in the HVAC and other aspects of service for the home. He was very honest and forthright about what needed to be done in my home, and I felt absolutely NO high-pressure sales stuff! Sure: he is trying to sale THS services, and pointed out the benefits of the same. But in no way was there any "So do you want to sign up today?" kind of stuff. He presented the benefits, did his work to my acceptance, and then went his way.

I would definitely call and ask for Robert S in the future, as I felt comfortable with him in my home.

It was late in the evening on a Friday. Toilet started backflowing for no reason. I contacted 7 other plumbers that weren’t available to service that night. Trademark didn’t hesitate, they were up front about how busy they were, straight to the cost and told me they would be here. The gentleman went above and beyond to solve the problem ( It wasn’t a snake down the pipe unclog). Made sure that everything was back to normal operations,. Thanks for the help and will be back for future business.
