Jonan and Steven, the technicians did an excellent job installing our brand new Lennox communicating AC and furnace. Doug was the sales technician who sold us an amazing system and did a great job detailing the pro's and con's of each level of system. Jonan came back for our post install inspection and adjustments and was very courteous and professional. I'd recommend this company over some of the others that I've gotten bids from due to the workmanship and better financing options.

I purchased their Diamond line HVAC system. Mark came over on time. He was courteous and professional. I am not an HVAC Tech, and this was my first time having to deal with my HVAC system. Mark explained everything to me until I understood it. Helped me with financing.
During installation I was concerned because my compressors said "Elite" not Diamond. I was able to contact their customer support, let them know that I think the wrong compressors were installed. They were very respectful and emailed me a copy of my efficiency report showing that I got the compressors promised, and that Lennox the manufacture named them Elite, and Chill Brothers called their package Diamond.

Post installation my salesman Mark followed up before the inspection was done to see if I had any issues. During the inspection about a week later I had enough time to figure out if there was anything I didn't care for. I am completely happy with this purchase so far. The inspection walked me through the furnace, how to change my filters, where to get them. Instead of pushing the maintenance monthly plan as the only option the sales rep and the inspection had coached me on how to maintain my own system, and offered their service for a low monthly fee where they will come out and prep my system for summer and winter.

10/10 would recommend. Definitely not the cheapest, I have procured other quotes that were 20-30% cheaper. I believe though the 10 year parts and labor warranty and the professionalism easily made up that margin. I work from home and was able to continue working while they were in my house, the installation crew was very professional very quick.
