EDIT: Wanted to add that, though the salesman and installation people were great, the office staff... not so much. I was promised call backs that never came by the office staff when trying to schedule the install date. I was promised that my down payment check would not be cashed until my tax refund had posted, and it was posted a few days after they got it, causing a hassle to deal with it. And, most disappointing to me, I was promised a $100 gift card to compensate for the troubles I had and never got it. I contacted my salesman a couple of times and he said he'd asked about it, but I haven't received it after 2 months and have given up on it. Taking a star away for that, but still happy with the rest of the crew. Technician Jonan Navarro came for after-install inspection and was very professional and polite. Very quick and efficient. My salesman, Steele James, explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive to any question or issue I had. There were a couple of hiccups, but everything was handled quickly. The install went smoothly and was cleaned up so you couldn't tell they'd been here. Gregory kept everything running and answered all my questions. Great company with some great people!

Luis and Kieran came out to our home and they’re very nice and humble gentlemen. Even though our credit was not the highest they were still able to get us a good deal. I highly recommend Chiller Brothers.

My experience with Chill Brothers started with Guardian, 1st point of contact of this above exceeds standard company. He gave an awesome presentation of the company and informed that a representative would be calling to set up an appointment. 2nd was Josh, he appointment scheduler. He was friendly, professional and with a great human factor in customer service. 3rd was Shatthujah Lopez. She evaluated the units. She remained calm, friendly, caring, answered all my questions. She presented a price and plan that worked for me. She explained the 3 part installation. I never felt pressured. I understand that profit is important, however everyone seemed syncronized in meeting the customers' need as well. Great experience so far. I will post after installation.

False advertisement.

24/7 emergency response. I call Friday bc one unit is not cooling and dehumidifying. The humidity is over 70% and temperature will not reach set point. The unit is running continuously. They said the best they can do is Tuesday afternoon. I am leaving town so that doesn’t work. I guess my new expensive unit recently serviced by them is now contributing to mold growth and who knows what else in my home for weeks.

Their service plan says they provide 2 filter changes. I pay monthly and provider came and said he would only do one. I had to complain before he would do the other.

So $25k later and a monthly fee I’m stuck with being no better off than I was with my old unit.

Julian came over yesterday to set up an appointment with chill bros. Told me bout the program and i was intrigued . I met with Luis Santana and today and was very patient with us and great at explaining the whole process. He helped us get approved and scheduled to start the process. I'm very excited and for my new AC and having Luis as my account manager. Thank you for assistance. Look forward working with you guys !

I have a no soliciting sign RIGHT by my doorbell. That didn't stop the Chill Brother's team member from knocking. When I told him I wasn't interested he said 'yeah yeah, we have a program'. I told him again I wasn't interested and he said "but it's time to upgrade your systems"... I just replaced both units a few years ago.

I do not appreciate people who don't respect No Soliciting Signs and, when pointed out, are rude and try to continue. that should have been the end of this hard sell.

Terrible experience which now makes me NEVER want to use this company, even if I do need them in the future.

Jonan Navarro was very professional and answered all my questions. He found the unit in my attic leaking, fixed right the first time, and didn't try to over sell me anything. Talked me into their membership, and I feel that this company I'll be doing business with for a very long time!!! I had another company out here, and they tried to tell me it would be $10,000 to fix my issue. Jonan was here 5 minutes and fou d and fixed the problem. Thank you so much!!!

I have had very fast and efficient service with these guys several times, what I like best is that they will clearly explain what the problem is in a manner which prevents me from feeling like I could just be being taken advantage of, if they think a homeowner could prevent an issue from reoccurring they have enough respect for your integrity that they will just tell you.

Brandon was an absolutely pleasure to work with. We had gotten quotes from three other companies and weren't satisfied or comfortable with any of them. Brandon was incredibly friendly from the getgo, super knowledgeable, constantly checking in to make sure we understood and had no questions. We weren't expecting to go all in immediately but he gave us such confidence in him and his company that we decided to work with them immediately.
He also genuinely connected over his adorable dachshund mix and recent Bailey Sarian interest and I really appreciate the authentic kindness and connection he showed.
