Just got a whole ac system. Everyone was friendly, and everything works great. Would definitely recommend.

Jonan was very professional and with a great attitude. Came in to take measurements for our new system. Asked if I had any questions or concerns, which he answered all my questions. Explained the process and was verify thorough with the information.

Jonan (our repair tech) was incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was here within an hour of our call and had our problem diagnosed and fixed promptly! It has already cooled 6 degrees since he left 😊

I've used several AC services and this was by far my best experience so far. Highly recommend and thank Jonan for the great work!

Brandon with Chill Brothers did a very great job of explaining and showing me how the process will be getting my new units. He was very polite and patient with all my questions. He stayed to make sure I understood and started the processing to get my units. Low monthly billing was the goal and he made sure of that. My vote goes for Chill Brothers!! You will NOT be disappointed… call them!!

Our AC wasn’t cooling properly, and found the Chill Brother’s company to be a great fit for us. Jonan was our tech for the day, he fixed the issue the same day and took about 40 minutes for the AC unit to be running properly. Jonan is very courteous, amiable and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Extremely pushy unsolicited door to door sales reps with the same lame lying door pitch from the 1970's. "We recently installed a few units for your neighbors in your neighborhood and wanted to talk to you" .... No, you did not. You are LYING and have now started the conversation off with no trust. Told him nicely several times I am not interested and he kept pushing. Literally told him to keep this at a nice level and not to continue pushing forward because I am not interested and he acted like he didn't understand the words I was saying. Finally told him to get off my property. Horrible tactic and a great way to make someone not only uncomfortable in their home but also ensure they will never call you or refer you to anyone.

P.s. There is no need to ring someone's doorbell more than once. You either do this because you are an arrogant clown or you really don't understand the psychology of a sale. Possibly both.
