Frida was very friendly and helpful when we spoke. She was even willing to accommodate meeting again at a better time. She explained what the company does and what they were offering to do. Although we may not be looking to replace the HVAC unit right now, this will remain an option in the future when we are looking to replace.

It’s winter time in Texas, however I cannot live without my AC. Im so glad i called this place!!!! the man that helped me, Kettler was so kind and amazing at what he does!!!!! My AC was broken but, I called this company and the next day Kettler was at my house fixing my AC!!! great customer service filled with a lot of professional, ambitious employees!!

Steven came out to do a maintenance check on our system, and did a fantastic job! He helped correct an issue with the balancing of our kids’ rooms, and explained why things are now working better than before. He was quick, efficient, informative, and very friendly! I hope he is our tech for the next check-up!

Jonan was very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions about the maintenance of my AC.

Had a good repair visit from Franco today. He came at the time he said he would and took care of all my issues. Very helpful explaining what he did and why the bi-annual maintenance program would be beneficial. I ended up signing up for the maintenance plan. Franco was very professional and I'm really glad I chose this company for my new A/C unit and will continue to use them for maintenance in the future.

Franco was the best. He arrived for the appointment right on time. He was efficient, personable, polite and informational. I could not ask for better. My salesman Robert has been just phenomenal. He dd not try and sell me what I didn't need and made sure I got discounts and rebates that other companies were not offering. Chill Brothers is exile that, they are chill.
