Berkeys is the only company out of 5 that I called that second guessed the cost of the equipment I needed installed. The technician called Lennox to double check the price and sure enough, the listed price was too high. I really appreciate the consideration and the professionalism.

The technician who took care of my air conditioning problem was so very nice, respectful and explained everything to me. I will be asking for Mark Derby next time I need help again. Thank you.

It took two visits from Berkey’s to finally decipher why our 2nd floor Lennox A/C thermostat was shutting off, leaving us without A/C for a week. However, today they finally sent Jeff Gibson. He was professional, relaxed, confident, and capable. He personally had 10 years in the industry. The first guy they sent us clearly did not. He tried hard, but he just couldn’t figure it out. Thanks to Jeff, we’re back online and cooling down inside away from the Texas heat! Berkey’s is lucky here because I’m giving Jeff 5 stars! The company itself has been professional and responsive, so good experience there as well aside from the young’un they sent out first.

Robert our technician was polite and professional. He did the work quickly and explained what was being done. I will definitely use Berkeys again for any plumbing needs and hope they send Robert.

Jake came by to review our electrical panel. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with a breaker that continuously tripped. We’re happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I specifically asked if condenser cleaning and coil cleaning were included in the semi annual system service and was told it was included by Demetria with Berkeys. The tech that arrived was friendly and courteous but stated this was an inspection only. So I basically paid for someone to visually inspect my system. Waste of my time and money on a relatively new system. The tech said I would have to call back and specifically request chemical cleaning for the coils and condensers. I have two systems on my house.

After another company trying and failing to fix my system (and damaging it), Kyle did a great job getting it fixed. Was kind, effective, couldn't say enough. They're great.

Had a great experience with them! Sunny Louangvannasy our tech came out and waited for me to get home, so glad they were flexiable and didn't need to reschedule for another day. He knew the problem right away and was able to get the system up an running. Would highly recommend!
