Our AC had stopped working and couldn't understand why. We replaced the unit when we moved into our home about 3 yrs. ago. Come to find out it was the compressor that just went bad. We were so glad that it was still under warranty. Labor of course was the expense that we owed. Jeff was an excellent representative of Berkeys. He was informative and let us know what the problem was and then spent his day working on our unit. Will be calling back for some outdoor faucet leak that has sprung up. Very satisfied with all of his work. Thank you Jeff.

This is only a month after they replaced my whole water line. Repair lasted one month. And they can't even come out to look at it until 24 hours later when it's their own mess.

Alex Urais has worked with us for several weeks. During that time Alex identified two water leaks. One was a broken sewer pipe in our master bedroom. He arranged for excavation under our house and a team to replace the broken pipe. He was determined to solve this problem and actually assisted the pipe replacement team to ensure that the job was completed satisfactorily.
The second leak was in the overflow drain in our guest bathroom which we believe contributed to water damage to the wood flooring in our living room which is opposite of the bathroom. He did this repair last night and stayed until 8PM to complete the job.
My wife and I would like to compliment Alex for his demonstrated desire to solve our water problems. His approach to his work is professional and oriented to problem-solving.

I am very pleased and happy with the service that Cesar provided. He really went all the way regarding our AC/Heater unit and explained everything in detail. Berkeys had our AC inspected the same day I called. Berkeys, Cesar, Brittany and everyone....Y'all ROCK!!!

Berkey’s never disappoints me. Their customer service is top notch. They will call to let you know they are 30 minutes away every single time. I really appreciate this as my schedule gets busy with other obligations. A shout out to technician Daryl Roach who did a phenomenal job and patiently answered all of my plumbing questions- lol. We called Berkey’s for a second opinion on our A/C system after other companies recommended we replace the entire unit. Mr. Jeff helped us find that the actual solution was a much simpler and affordable fix. Needless to say, if I have any further complications with my system I am calling here again. I highly recommend for anyone else to do the same!

He did a good job and was very professional and knowledgeable but only 3 stars because the prices were out of this world! I mean $400 for a capacitor replacement just to give an example.
