Lonnie was great! He was though in his assessment of the issues. He help resolve the issue and advise on how to prevent it in the future. The representatives who took the call were very kind and got a tech out as fast as possible. Definitely recommend Berkey’s and Lonnie especially.

Michael came to my house for an emergency call at almost 10:00 PM as we could not get the faucet in our guest bath to shut off. He was able to diagnose the issue with the cartridge and replace it quickly along with other issues we were having in our home, including a water tank heater that needs to be replaced. He was able to disconnect it and drain it successfully to prevent it from combusting in the future. Definitely a wealth of knowledge and great/friendly customer service.

The technician came in and assessed the issue, answered all the questions we had and explained what he was going to have to do to repair the leak/damage. Throughout the entire process he continued to let us know where he was at in completing the job. Very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Used Berkey's for annual HVAC systems inspection and maintenance. Really liked the scheduling experience and professionalism of the technician.
Ruben was very polite, matter-of-fact with the state of my systems and put no pressure to sell any services or repairs unlike some other previous vendors.

Samuel was fantastic in explaining things to me. He didn't try to up-sale me on anything un-necessary. Upstairs AC wasn't cooling correctly, he discovered the freon was low. He checked for leaks, topped off the freon , and now it's cooling perfectly.

Caesar was so thorough that the appointment took longer than expected- but at the end, he explained enough so that I could go back and claim warranty problems with another company's installation. He didn't seem rushed and helped as long as it took- I'm very pleased.

Jay Dubar was knowledgeable, professional and personal in taking care of our thermostat dilemma. He offered a proficient
