Amazing Company!
I needed to connect my grill to the natural gas line in my back yard. I called Berkeys and they immediately responded and accommodated my schedule. They sent sa technitian after hours to check the issue.
Michael arrived on time and I was notified in advance about his arrival. I was pleasently surprised by his clear communication skills and friendly personality. He was very professional and respectful of our home privacy. He did a thorough job assessing the compatiblity of the equipment and was able in 5 minutes to produce a fair estimate for the job. The company did not charge anything for this assessment and customer service both on the phone and in person was nothing less than AMAZING!

Michael was dispatched to my house after a leak was discovered. It was later found the hot water heater (on the 2nd floor) was leaking onto the 1st floor ceiling. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and helpful. I was happy to have someone so kind late at night.

Berkey’s is a follow through kind of company and back up what they say they’ll do. All of the staff I have dealt with has been professional, friendly, and helpful.
We had a mishap with our sump pump that caused quite a bit of soot in our basement, I’m sure it was an expensive mistake but they took care of every single bit of it immediately with no hassle.

Roberto Ledezma and his coworkers at Berkeys were extremely professional and curteous. They treated my home with the utmost respect. The team had to disassemble 2 old AC and furnace systems and replace them, one of which was a tight squeeze through a remodeled portion of house. The amount of care they took in doing their job bringing out and bringing in the entire units and duct work meant it took extra time but they didn’t complain or rush. I was working from home all day snd no one slammed a door, everyone politely walked on the mats they laid down and cleaned up afterwards, no one talked loudly or shouted. Thank you!
