MIchael did a great job identifying and repairing an issue which i thought was the water heater. Turned out it was not and was spared having to buy a new one. Great service and definitely recommend Berkeys.

First time to use Berkeys and overall it was a great experience. The breaker controlling our hot water heater failed, and the tech showed up within two hours of placing the call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. Highly recommend.

Lonnie is a professional who does an amazing job. Came out Did a great job, knew more about my plumbing on my 1976 house than I did . Went the xtra mile home warranty guy who came out was so bad that I called up the warranty company "american home warranty " and fired them 10 minutes after Lonnie left. Every plumber is not a good plumber . Lonnie is an excellent Plumber. and he takes pride in his work 5+ stars . Something that is rare in this day/age.

Our technician Steven was very helpful and honest about our system. We had been over quoted by another company and I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We will be switching to Berkey's!

Our toilet would not flush and when we went to plunge it, it started backing up into the tub in our guest bathroom. We called Berkey's and were quoted over $13,000 because they said we needed pipes replaced and would have to dig at least 15 feet below our house, but they didn't show us the camera footage of why it was a pipe issue vs. a clog. We got a second opinion who cleared the clog & told us our pipes were FINE and would not need replacing for a long time; literally saved almost $13k by getting a second opinion and using someone else. These guys are scammers, just wanting to warn every out there to be careful when you get an estimate by them!

We had Berkeys come out and do a diagnostic test on our air conditioner and they said they didn’t have the equipment available to do a leak test so they had to come back. On the next visit they came in and didn’t last long before they said they knew what the issue was and that in their professional opinion the installing company damaged the coil when they welded the unit and caused a small leak that over two years and a half finally caused it to not have enough frion and for the leak to be bigger. Also they said they noticed bacterial growth which needed Uv radiation. The repair of the coil was estimated at around 2700 and an additional over 3200 for the UV radiation and cleaning. We told them we would think about it. They charged us around $600 which we thought was pretty steep for how long they were there and for just taking a quick peak at our unit. Unfortunately we are novice at home repairs and didn’t know that this price was heavily steep for the service provided or we would have contested the charge immediately. We paid and added the recommended $100 yearly maintenance plan for them to do maintenance checks and to give us a discount on this and future services. After leaving we reached out to the home builders as our home is a new build less than three years ago and asked about our warranty coverage and they told us we needed to reach out to Airco who installed the unit. We reached out to them and they said because Berkey came out and touched the unit that it nulled our ten year warranty and that Berkeys should have shown honest professionalism and asked us if we had contacted the company whose sticker was on our unit, which I hadn’t seen previously or I would have contacted them first. We fought with Airco about our warranty and in the end they took our side and allowed us to continue after a lot of back and forth and they came to diagnose the unit. They came out and showed us where the leak was, which was a completely different place than what Berkey showed us. I showed him where the leak was found by Berkeys and they tested it for about 2 hours all around and couldn’t detect any other leak. Additionally they said we only weld the copper joint towards the front of the unit which was still nowhere near the place Berkey found their leak supposedly. I showed them a photo of what a Berkey sent to me and they showed me the same exact spot and even pumped our into 7 1/2 lbs of frion to try and detect the leak and there was nothing. They additionally reviewed the bacterial growth which they said Berkeys also misdiagnosed and it was only discoloration due to the insulation around the copper pipe and it dripping on the plate. So all in all we were misdiagnosed for UV radiation treatment, for the wrong place of the leak, and overcharged for the leak test. Berkeys response was that they couldn’t justify returning our money because the laborer did the work and it wouldn’t be fair. I’m not asking for them to return his wage, but to only charge us what they would charge their other customers which they said a diagnostic normally is around $90. I since have called other companies to ask their charge for a diagnosis or leak check. They all said a leak check is included in their charge for the diagnosis and the range I found after research from various companies was between $88-111. The manager called cadi and said they would refund the membership but not the rest. After doing more research I called back today to ask for the remaining amount. It has been a week since he said he refunded us the membership and I called today to dispute the rest and was told they haven’t processed the initial membership which they promised. I will be submitting a BBB report as well for resolution from the company.

I booked an evaluation and someone was able to come out same day! Brian came and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great service. He was able to tell us exactly what we needed.

David also came out to our home and assisted with our water heater. He gave us several options and informed us on each.
These 2 both have been very helpful.

Daniel from Berkeys did an awesome job of replacing a kitchen faucet, repairing garbage disposal drainage, changing out a broken hot water recirculation pump. He was pleasant, efficient, respectful, thorough, and completed the job to our greatest satisfaction. We will continue to use Berkeys as we have for a number of years.

Dennis Ross checked things one by one until he found why my unit wasn’t cooling. God sent. Great guy. He is very knowledgeable. If you want a guy who’s going to do it right call Dennis Ross he will take care of you.

We made the call about non flushing toilets at about 8:00 pm.
The service tech, Michael Hardin, was here by 9:15. He very quickly identified the problem, told us how he would fix it and did so within about 30 minutes. He was very friendly, very professional and worked quickly. We are very happy we called Berkeys.
