Dealing with the staff at Berkey's made an after hours plumbing nightmare a little less stressful. From the initial contact with the scheduler, the call from the dispatcher, and then the plumber, all of them were fantastic. Michael did an amazing job and got us back to normal in no time. Even with an after hours fee, the price we paid was reasonable. Will use them again and will definitely recommend.

Chris Smolik was the electrician that helped me out during after hours and he was absolutely AMAZING! He was extremely professional, on time and most importantly very knowledgeable about his field and more! Being a first time home owner, it’s overwhelming when the slightest thing goes wrong. Chris was very patient and kind enough to take the time to educate me on the basics. He successfully fixed the issue with my breaker panel. I never felt rushed and he walked me through everything with detail. Chris is very down to earth and is passionate about his job! You can tell he genuinely cares and enjoys helping people. Berkeys should be proud to have him on their team! Chris, I hope you write that guide book for new home owners! It would do great! Thank you for your help, time and guidance!

Yahkeem Washington came today to service our unit, within minutes of inspection he saw that the unit itself was fine but the plumbing to our furnace was the problem. He walked us through the process of getting it repaired and the costs of everything. I highly recommend Berkeys and can say that Mr. Washington is an amazing employee!!

David came out to look at our 45 year old A/C unit and give us a quote on cost of replacement. He stayed for an hour and thoroughly explained how new systems work vs. our old unit, pros vs. cons of available units to purchase, etc. He gave great advice and was not at all pushy trying to make a sale. He answered all of our questions and was very polite and professional. We have not made any purchase with this company yet, but would be willing to consider them in the future.

Our technician was Steven Dickson. He was on time and quick with his assessment. He had to deliver some really bad news to my wife and I about our project and the quote was way more involved then we had expected. Being in a customer service role myself, that is a very difficult aspect of a job. I can’t speak more highly of how thoughtful and thorough Steven was and how great he made us feel about the project with his detailed explanation. Unfortunately we could not move forward with the project at this time but his professionalism will have us calling them back out for sure. Great job, Steven!

Great experience! I had a fire after hours and on a weekend, they were the only company in the area that responded and sent people out immediately. William, the certified electrician, was not only immensely skilled but also a great guy. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

I could not be more impressed on how my new A/C install went. From start to finish the team that evaluated and installed my system did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

One year after my install and I’m still impressed with the level of service I continue to receive. I’m so glad I canceled my home warranty and went with a reputable company.
