Chris did a fantastic job. He explained the process and how long it would take. I also like that when I went out to check on them, he would be able to carry a conversation and answer my questions. I like that he was accessible while working.

I have used Berkeys one 2 occasions for 2 different repairs. The technicians were fabulous as detailed below. Look no further than Berkeys, they are not a large company rip off and they have coupons, discounts. Keeping in mind some repairs cost more than others. I am sure one can find a cheaper price somewhere but you will not get the honesty, experience, kindness and professionalism of their employees.
John Andress- Gas Plummer Arrived to fix gas leaks tagged by Atmos Gas and City. He thoroughly inspected all gas everything repaired and rechecked everything prior to leaving me. Serious stuff.
Ethan Liebengood-Electrician Arrived to repair power surge electrical issues after the storm 3/2/23. Fire Department fixed initial issues and Ethan fixed exposed wiring, etc. A kinder man you will never meet.

When my 95 year old father's gas line was abruptly shut off by Atmos, they saved the day. I called them late in the day and they were out the next morning, found the gas leak, fixed the problem, ordered the inspection and met with the inspector. They kept me informed all along and were very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful and patient. Will definitely use them again!

Allen Crowder, our rep, was efficient, honest, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about how easy and clear the whole process was. They are trustworthy and do a great job. Pricing was fantastic, and the installers were professional, thorough, and friendly. The team was responsive from start to finish, bending over backwards to meet our timing and needs. They also coordinated to get HVAC and electrical work done at the same time, all in under 24 hours, and accommodated an extra request for appliance work. Pricing was great. I heartily recommend this team. Ask for Allen if you can get him!

Had a great first experience with Berkeys. The technician, Lonnie, was honest, sincere, knowledgeable, and of course, got the job done. Pleasant experience. I'll definitely be using Berkeys for my future plumbing needs.

Quick and a fair price. I called two other companies first and neither was honest about pricing. Other company tried to charge $735 to add an outlet right below my breaker panel. Berkeys did the work for less than half that price which was very reasonable.

I am impressed with their work. As long as they continue to meet my needs with their professionalism I am a customer. They find leaks like no other company I worked with. Great job. definitely recommend them.

Continually happy with Berkeys! I have used them several times on my rental property. They communicate arrivals with the tenant and all repairs with me. Makes it super easy for me.

These guys are always great....no matter the service line....and that includes the warmth and friendliness of their telephone support staff.

The technicians are respectful, communicative, patient and always willing to go the extra mile.

Long story short....my opinion of Berkey's is that you get exactly what you pay for.
