I did my due diligence when finding a new air conditioner replacement. Not only did GVEC have the best deal available, they also offered 0% financing making them the cheapest option too (interest free saved me over $1,700). Everyone from the service rep to the technicians were all very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking to replace your AC, do yourself a favor and at least get a quote and talk to these guys.

Jeff did a great job explaining options for my interest in cooling a hot area of our house. We cut a deal on a LG mini-split single room unit and had it installed within a few days. Jesse and Lorenzo were very professional and did a good job installing the unit. The install was neat and clean. They were very careful not to dirty or trash the working area inside and outside. I opted to purchase the 10 year parts and labor warranty. This gives me peace of mind for many years.

Tech was very Professional and answered all questions that I had asked. He was thorough in service of both units. He showed up earlier than expected and he did a great job.

Always happy with GVEC techs. Today’s tech found a problem that I could put off but when I said fix it now he ordered the part and made sure the job was on his schedule to finish.

Dustin came out to give me a quote, and was extremely professional. He was honest and gave me different options to fit my needs and my budget.
Then My AC unit died on Friday 8/17, I called Dustin, he helped me get a appointment to have it replaced and he brought a window unit the same day to use until I got mine replaced.
Dustin went above and beyond to help me, even answering my phone calls when I had issues arise during the week.
Today, Jason and Jacob ( I think - sorry) came out to replace my units. They were both professional and finished the the entire replacement before I had expected.
Jacob walked me through the entire replacement, explained why things were done a certain way, and showed me how to use the new thermostat.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have the AC & heating units replaced!
