GVEC Air Conditioning & Heating

Christian, service was good. However he come last friday 5/26/23. We dont have AC. AC stop working Saturday 5/27/23 you guys were notified. After almost a full week you guys are telling me that you can come friday 6/5/23- I have pets inside the house all day, the house gets so hot- the scheduling service sucks. Its unbelievable- with this hot weather how you guys expecting us/my dogs to be inside the house. You guys stated we were priority due to AC is OUT- 11 days for you guys to be able to fix our AC Really. Terrible scheduling service.

After numerous companies turned me away for wanting a whole home integrated dehumidifier, GVEC stepped up. Not only did they entertain my request, they listened to exactly what I needed and committed. They came out for multiple follow-ups to ensure the system was integrated and functioning as expected, per my request as this was a complicated install. They were reasonably priced as well. I’m very satisfied. They were the 7th or 8th call I made, but will be my first here on.

They responded quickly for a quote, and then offered another quote when I expressed a desire for another. They followed up consistently, until the install day. Sufficient technicians arrived early enough in the day to completely replace the heat pump system, inside and out. The tech's were careful to protect carpets at all times. Tech's explained clearly the operation and maintenance of the new system.

Very professional! Explained warranty and non-warranty details throughly, made a very fair assessment of repair costs and applied fairly. Great job!

Our HVAC was on its last leg & minimally functioning. Jeff came to our home & put together a great proposal for a new install. The next day, Avery & Josh installed the system. They were very professional, knowledgeable & very attentive to if I had questions. They did an outstanding job! The office was also very helpful & pleasant in scheduling the appointment. Okay tech said wrong wire on the wrong connection on the nest but we can see how this works later today or tomorrow. Again tech from GVEC wiring this wrong from last visit on the heat pump and nest. When will this be fixed correctly . I hope this is the last time.

Our AC wasn’t cooling. Adrian found the problem right away and fixed it. He is a great technician—the only one we ask will ask for.
