GVEC Air Conditioning & Heating

We have a maintenance contract with GVEC on the two heat pump units we have that was purchased from and installed by GVEC. They are always prompt for scheduled maintenance, do quality service and are very courteous. We had an issue with the thermostat ad within hours of notifying them they arrived and fixed the issue. We highly recommend GVEC.

The technician arrived at the exact time. Was very courteous and efficient. Explained everything to me and fixed a problem that we had been having. He was very helpful . I'm so glad we have this service.

The GVEC rep was amazing. Found the problem quickly and called in an electrician to make a repair and completed the AC repair after that. I so appreciate his prompt response to get the AC going again for my 91 year old Mother. We really appreciate it especially on a Sunday morning!

Tech communicated well with his process and troubleshooting.

Got an appointment for the same day to fix my air conditioning in July. He came out and had the problem fix in thirty minutes. He was polite and courteous, showed me the problem, explained it to me. He even had the part available so I didn't have to wait. I would definitely recommend them.

Cathy with GVEC is very professional and helped us with getting the installment and paperwork processed. John with GVEC listened to our needs and answered any questions that we had. The installers were very professional and kept things clean. Very productive and proficient with installing the new AC unit. Will reccommend GVEC for AC needs.

Sept 2022. I had Abraham come out today for a comfort ck, he was nice polite and professional! I’ve never had an issue or concern with Gvec. And today was no different I’m glad I have Gvec and not cps😏. Moved into schertz in 08 !
Ive used gvec for over 10 years and todays service/repair was impressive..he was polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough.. mr munoz is a great asset to gvec team. I had a unit not working and they were able to come out the same day..

Emil, Fernando, Justin and Cathy are so professional and courteous. A whole team came to install my two a/c systems and followed up to ensure everything was running properly. I trust GVEC, as I have lived in this city for 24 years.
