The Good - very professional and knew what he was doing, Didn’t take to long and covered all the maintenance items.. Bad - appointment was at 2:30 and they showed up at 4:15, but I like GVEC and will use them again

Want to thank Jacob Leal for taking time to explain the checking of my air conditioner and how it looked but especially how to continue to check it and care for my system. He really was patient and helpful. A great job and he made it a pleasant checkup of the system.

Very unhappy/disappointed with this Ecobee air condition unit as well as the service provided which is very slow.This is the 3rd time that this new unit broke down..Twice they needed to order parts. Right now we are w/out air condition and it has been 3 days without it, so uncomfortable .Hope this can be taken care of ASAP.or give us a new replacement for this lemon unit.

Joey and Fernando were both very helpful. Diagnosed the AC issue quickly and got the part ordered. Fernando offered a window unit to loan me as it would take a couple days for the part to arrive.

Jacob was very professional and was able to get our A/C up and running so we weren’t without over the weekend. Also would like to say the office staff who answered the phone when we called to set up the appointment was super helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

The technician, Manny Serrano, was totally professional, he explained the issue I was having in a manner I could understand. I would highly recommend this tech.

GVEC is my goto for AC service. They are professional, prompt and courteous. Service and repair costs are extremely affordable, and the technicians are trustworthy.

Lisandro called and informed me he was on his way. Arrived promptly as scheduled. He checked several air ducts that we’re in the attic and discovered a tear that was causing an air leak. He repaired the tear and made recommendations on how to fix my initial problem of uneven air distribution. Hopefully the air situation improves.
Lisandro had a professional demeanor and was respectful of my time.

Jason Grubbs & Chris Nunez a long with their helper ( sorry but I don't remember her name) are three very professional and polite people. Every employee of GVEC that I have dealt with since 1978 is this way .

The technicians were very professional very courteous and a real joy to have around they were not obnoxious or in the way and they worked very quietly we were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend GVEC to any of my friends.
