Fernando did an amazing job. Explained what was wrong with the A/C unit, along with pictures. Explained his process and even how he can see a service history with our A/C. Personable, professional and very safety minded. GVEC goes out of their way to ensure safety protocols during this current pandemic. We really appreciated this as well. Win-win!

We purchased our new AC through GVEC in Sep 19. Everyone we work with is friendly and professional. We have made 2 service calls in 7 months. The first because a part of the outside condenser needed to be replaced. The second because the air plenum was detaching from the air handler unit in the attic. Both times the service guys were great. They let us know when they were on the way and kept us informed of what was wrong. Very friendly and good work!

Had two techs show up to install a totally new system and they had it done quicker than I expected. They were both very professional, friendly and courteous throughout the approximate eight hours they were at our home. They were a good team with one of them primarily replacing the inside unit and the other the outside unit, but didn't hesitate to give each other a hand as needed. We are very pleased with our decision to use GVEC for our Air Conditioning and Heating needs.

My Champion AC unit is a little over a month old..A motor in the unit needs a part already, which I’m not happy about. The repairman was great and did a fix so we would have air tonight.

Got my HVAC back in tune…system kept shutting down and discovered it was due to a clogged coil drain. Reinstalled my mobile phone to the thermostat. And, checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working properly. Service was extremely responsive—arrived at my house within an hour of calling . GVEC is always super responsive to their customers!
