Craig was very professional, polite and respectful of our home. His knowledge of the equipment and procedures necessary is very extensive. He is honest and forthright about servicing your unit when it does or does not need fixing or replacement. I highly recommend Cotes mechanical and their professional and knowledgeable employees.

Our furnace was acting strange so we put in a request through our home warranty company. After reviewing the options they gave us, we chose Cote’s due to the great reviews. They were able to come out the next business day after my request (requested after business hours Wednesday, came out Friday morning). Robert arrived within the 3-hour window I was given and was able to take care of the problem. Quick, friendly service. Would definitely use them again!

Called Cotes late in the afternoon due to A/C not working. Receptionist was extremely nice. Houston arrived within an hour, had me back up and running very fast. Will definitely call Cotes in the future.

I have used Cote's Mechanical for about the past 2 years to service both our A/C and heating systems. Great communication, follow-up and follow through on every call we've made. Every technician that has been sent out has been very thorough, well trained, professional and efficient. They clearly care about their customers and finding integrity in any service industry is rare. I am not being paid for my post nor am I related to anyone at this company. I simply believe that turn about is fair play and they have continually and consistently come through for us. I highly recommend them without reservation. They have treated us like family since day one. When we finally replace our aging systems they will also be the company we trust.

I absolutely LOVE these guys! They are always polite, they get the job done fast and they keep me informed through out the process. I've used them several times and I've never been disappointed. The owner, Mr. Cotes came himself to look at a drainage problem I was having. All his techs were busy so he came to the house
much quicker than I expected. I will continue to use Cotes Mechanical in the future!

Everyone I have talked to at this company has been very nice. They have been prompt, polite, and informative. We had our
A/C unit replaced. Not only did we have the crew out to do it but at the end of the job one of the ladies stopped by ( I think she said her name was Brooke) and Foster Lanham also stopped by to make sure we were happy.

I cannot stress how amazing this company is! I placed a phone call to them at 8:30pm and WITHIN AN HOUR AC WAS FIXED!! John was very professional and so nice! It cost less than half of what I thought it would and every other company I called told me it would be days before they could even send anyone out! I will never use any other company again, Cote's has my business for life!!

I’ve been using this company for over five years starting with a replacement of my heating and air-conditioning system. They came out every year and serviced my unit. They came out and repaired my unit one time using the warranty which save me over $1000. While they may not be the cheapest they are well worth the cost by dealing with a very reputable company and you’ll save money in the long run./DMC

Super quick to set appt and came over on a Saturday. 2 minutes to diagnose and 3 minutes to fix! Incredible. Craig even answered multiple questions for pricing on a replacement. AAA+++!!
