A friend referred this company to me. They were the second company to take a look at my HVAC unit. Once they did a thorough assessment, they told me things that the first company didn’t even catch.

He was knowledgeable, explained everything, and reasonably priced. Overall I had a great experience and the service was excellent!

It was great working with Gee. He found the issue and fix it quickly. His prices are very reasonable.

Took nearly 24 hours to get a response back only to tell me they weren’t available. Don’t advertise being open 24/7 if you work bakers hours.

I heard about Texas Comfort through a friend who recommended them as affordable and prompt, which they definitely are! I needed my ENTIRE unit replaced- furnace, A/C, and condenser. I received two other quotes from other more corporate HVAC companies that were much higher estimates, and they wanted to tear out my entire pull-down staircase in the attic to install the new unit, which I didn’t want to do. Gee was very friendly, professional and went over my options for installing a new 4-ton unit. He worked with my schedule and the unit was installed in a matter of a few hours once the day came! They even flushed my drain lines and included my first year of maintenance with a check-up in the Winter and next Spring! If you’re in the North Texas area, I highly recommend working with Gee!

Texas Comfort saved us thousands. Another company was telling us we needed a whole new system due to mold. They even showed us pictures, and I didn’t even see them go up into the attic so of course we sent them on their way. Texas Comfort came in went up into the attic and took his own pictures!! They didn’t even look like the pictures the other company showed us. So Texas Comfort serviced our system and 2 years later he still has our system running great.
