We had a new heat pump system installed. From the moment we contacted PRK until the installation was completed and the invoice paid, it was a pleasure doing business with PRK. Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and make us feel comfortable about our investment. He and his crew were prompt and efficient with the installation with no trace left behind other than our new system. Angela and the office staff are friendly and easy to work with.

RPK was able to quickly get someone out to service my heater on short notice before the Temperature was expected to plummet. When Sam arrived to look at the system everything seemed to be in working order so he did what he could and gave it a thorough once over. My devious system had decided to stop functioning properly the next day and RPK was able to get another tech back out. This time the system didn't try to hide it's problem and one quick gas limiter sensor replacement had the system back up and running properly again. Both technicians were professional and RPK was able to provide excellent service!.

The technicians arrived on time and did an overall good job on installing the condenser and air conditioning unit. They were open to additional suggestions I made and followed up with my caulking request. I have been very pleased with the results. I would recommend PRK Services to anyone interested in a mini split system. Their work plus the warranty makes this an excellent value.

Josh and Brian installed a new roof unit for my apartment. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A+ service all around. They’ve also been out multiple times to charge the system before the apartments decided to go with a new unit. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Ryan and Sam were the technicians for today- they were extremely professional, got the job done, found other ways to make our AC system run more effectively, and explained those options. They were very polite, explained everything they were doing along the way, and I would without a doubt recommend them for any AC needs.

My technician, Arnold, was great to work with. He really took the time to answer all my questions and show me what things were wrong with my unit. He moved swiftly but also managed to still maintain a high level attention to detail. This was my first time enlisting preventative maintenance help for my business and I am happy to say they will have my future business moving forward because of how he treated me. PRK was great from beginning to end!!! We'd been without air for a couple of days when we called them. They discussed the issues with us and then Angela explained the different options that we had so that we could weigh out which would work best for us. Angela was great! We ended up getting a new unit because they were able to give us an excellent price on the whole thing!
The guys that came out to install the unit, Luis and Alfonso, were very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Everyone that we dealt with throughout this process was wonderful!!
