The sales and install teams were very friendly, courteous, and efficient during the initial meeting and install of our new unit. The install team rank high as one of the nicest crews I have ever had in my home. There was damage to my home when someone from the install team accidentally stepped through my ceiling which resulted in a very large hole in my ceiling and damage in another area of the house. The install team assured us there would be a manager calling to schedule an onsite visit to evaluate the repairs. Six full days have passed and a manager has yet to call, come by or evaluate the damages. The office manager "has 15 years of experience" but lacks a sense of urgency in providing timely and professional communication and relies on automated texting software to communicate. No one from the company has addressed the damage to our home except the very apologetic install crews. If someone had addressed us immediately with care and concern regarding the damage, I would be more willing to leave a high review.

Our air conditioner decided to freeze up on one of the hotter days we’ve been having and it got up to 85 degrees in the house!, even with the fans on there was not a lot of sleeping going on…
Adam with Cote was there the next day at 8:00am. He brought the filter and change it, checked out the outside unit and gave me numerous tips about our unit. He was one of the nicest and informative servicemen I have encountered!
I would definitely recommend Cote A/C to my family and friends.

One of our AC units refused to come on last night so we called Cotes early this morning and we were able to have a technician come out the same day. Craig quickly diagnosed the problem and within minutes had the unit running again. This is the second time he’s come to the house and is great to work with. Can’t say enough great things about him Cote’s!!

Earlier today, my wife and I woke up to a hot and stuffy house. We had no idea what the problem was or who to call. Fortunately, we found Cote’s Mechanical. We made the call about 9 am and immediately they (Kristi) scheduled us for a same day appointment. She clearly explained everything to me and it is my understanding that they are a family owned business. With that said, their tech ( Cade ) was on the scene just 2 hours later. We were initially told 12 - 3pm, which was great, but when Cade arrived at 11:15, needless to say, our expectations were exceeded! He fixed our AC in about 45 minutes and now we are blowing cold again. I cannot thank and recommend this company enough. We had an awesome experience! Everything from the professionalism and courtesy we received from the initial call to the prompt service and great customer service from the tech, our experience today was nothing short of outstanding! As a consumer, I know absolutely nothing about AC repair and in a position like this, you’re always concerned about price hiking and honesty. But I can tell you this, I found Cote’s Mechanical to be an honest, fair and reputable company who truly care about their customers needs. Right now, DFW is experiencing temps in the 100’s and they understand how important and crucial AC needs are during times like these. It is so nice and refreshing to know there are still companies that care about people and give honest and dependable service!!! You all are awesome and I can’t thank you all enough! We've had Cotes come out to our home on numerous occasions from seasonal servicing to a full system install. Every encounter we've had with the folks both in the office and out have been outstanding! They go above and beyond with customer service. Not to mention, We never have to guess when they are going arrive because they give us the ability to track the technician. Their Technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. If could give them more stars I would.

I would give 20 stars if I could. During the hottest day of the year, they showed up in 3 hours and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. I had met with another company earlier that day who overquoted and wanted me to wait 5 days for parts.

I cannot stress how much I recommend Cote’s.

I called at 9pm with my ac not working, its 11pm and I have AC!! Craig was GREAT! And price was very affordable highly recommend! I called many other places CLOSER to me and no one called back. These folks answered and dispatched AND sent us tracking of the tech ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
