Cote's Mechanical, LLC

I called Tuesday because our vent in our bedroom was dripping. They installed a new heating and A/C system 5 years ago so I always call them. They are quick to respond and very honest. He said well this summer has been unprecedented as far as the humidity. He said we needed more insulation so they will be coming in September to shoot insulation in the attic. I love them!

I got home around 7 or 8pm on Friday evening and realized my AC wasn’t working. I contacted Cote Mechanical to request a technician. I didn’t think I would hear back until the following day at the earliest, however, shortly after, they responded and said a technician could come tonight. Within 15 minutes, John showed up and after a couple of minute he knew exactly what was causing the issue. The drain was clogged and it was causing the system to turn off. He cleared it and in a matter of minutes, it was blowing super cold again. I am still surprised they came out so late on a Friday night! John was super polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!!

CRAIG was quick to find the problem and resolve the issue. Was burning hot with the inop ac units. Had our home warranty send out some douche bag ac company prior, with NO resolution to the problem. Thanks Craig and Cotes for the quick fix 😊

Core’s installed a new system last fall. I was in the road and coordinated the install from a distance. Very helpful in working through all the steps. So while my daughter was boots on the ground, all communication was thru me.

Cote’s came back today for the 6 month checkup. Very easy to get scheduled around my availability. John, the tech, was on time…friendly and helpful in answering all my questions

I can't say enough about my experience with Cote's. Limping along with an sub-par HVAC unit wasn't going to cut it for my wife and I with a baby on the way. Upon recommendation Foster came out and explained everything we needed to know about new era HVAC. He wasn't pushy, didn't use hard sales tactics, but was informative and uber knowledgeable about his product and industry. The next day Andy showed up with his team to install my new HVAC unit. My installation was clean and professional and I'm happy to say we are enjoying cool clean air. Thank you Cote's!

We received prompt and great Service from John dealing with systems maintenance as we transition from cold to hot weather in Texas. We called made the appointment and they were on time . I will definen recommend to anyone wanting their service. A plus 10 in my book.
