James from Cote's Mechanical was excellent. Very professional replacing a hard-to-reach AC blower motor and courteous wearing boot covers on our carpet. He was fast, on time and very knowledgeable. I would request Cote's Mechanical again for our next AC issue and recommend them to others.

Cote's was not only the best price I found, but they didn't try and convince me to get things I didn't need. Had a good conversation about my situation and got the new HVAC system I needed. Also, although customer service has generally gone away these days, Cote's was amazing. The techs were considerate and did a terrific job of answering all our questions and addressing our concerns and following through on what they promised to deliver. I would recommend them to anyone needing any air conditioning service or replacement.

I have to say this is a great company to do business with, we lost our A/C on Thursday and the 1st company wouldn't even come out till this Tuesday. We used them 5 weeks ago and they just put a bandaid on the problem because they weren't getting enough money for the job. Our warranty company was paying for most of it. Cote came out Friday before they were supposed to and fixed it Saturday morning. We are in our 70's and couldn't be without air. Keith Powell was the tech that was 1st class just as well as everyone in the office to expedite this process. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE. GOD BLESS 🙏.

Cotes was very efficient and transparent. I wasn't sure what to replace my heatpump with and lacked the knowledge on the options. They have videos that help with that and are very patient with explaining things. I also mentioned that I'd be doing more research and getting other quotes just like people should. They took no offense to that and was very respectful when hearing it. They worked with me on the pricing and terms plus they are 24/7 with no night or weekend markups. Find another company that offers that. The installers were nice, friendly and efficient. Great guys and service.

I have used Cote's for years. They are simply the best. Punctual, professional, and a good value. They do what they say - sometimes sooner than promised and they have a great team that seems very competent and their pricing seems fair and honest. I absolutely recommend them!

I replaced (2) units with Cote's...from the beginning, communication was on point, staff presented well and the products offered were at a competitive price (in addition to providing service agreements to help ensure longevity to the new investment). Staff are extremely knowledgeable and factory trained. You can tell that they all truly buy into the products and the experience they are providing.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. This is the worst ac company that I have ever dealt with. I have a new unit that is still under warranty and it has taken them over 3 months to get it fixed. They have kept pushing me out over 2022 highest record heat we’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this company. And they have a very poor unresponsive attitude about their sloppy service. Buyer beware. You have been warned.
