Chelsea and the staff at Woods are wonderful! They make taking care of our home easier and give me one less thing to worry about! Highly recommend them, all their techs are helpful, and very professional!

He is the tech that has been servicing our HVAC for a couple years and it's great to have continuity with the same person each time. I would definitely recommend Woods for installs and service.

The tech Michael Eisenhower was great. Professional and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Did a thorough check and explained what he was doing.

I love Woods. They were the only AC company that would come out when we needed them the most in a hot July month when our AC went out in our old home. We have kept with them for several years and now in our new home. I would rather pay a little more for great service then cheaper and bad service.

Matt went the extra mile and really probed into everything with attention to detail. I really like how he saw things that could lead to future issues and spent the time to correct the items. Things I didn't know, he found and explained the function of the item, what it does normally, how it might fail, and how I would notice the failure mode. Disassembled and cleaned out the condensers from all the dirt and sand that accumulates. I very much appreciate the time he spent going over everything. He's definitely not one of those black box guys. In depth understanding of everything and a great teacher!

Woods did the HVAC for our new home, and when we faced an issue with our upstairs system, they came out the next day to fix it under warranty. It turned out to be a simple switch that was off; no big deal. Karl, the tech, still spent the time to look over the whole system (outside, inside, attic) and explain everything to me. Super friendly guy, and he patiently waited 10 mins for me to arrive at the house.

Michael E did a fantastic job this morning at our home to get 1 of our AC units back up and running quickly. He was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, then got it fixed and rechecked the system before he left.
