This company has great technicians who come out on time and do a thorough job. This company is serving the community well. Today’s technician was top class and explained issues and fixed them. He is a friendly seasoned professional.

Micheal Eisenhauer was my technician. He was polite and professional and upfront and honest. Great experience. I would definitely use this company again.

Busted water line , called multiple companies & couldn’t get service due to out of range or short notice , and out of water to book an appointment was not an option. Woods Comfort Service’s came to our aid and within short notice & no appointment we had our water back on !!!!!! Great service plus communication & fast response I recommend WCS 👍👍👍

Day after freeze I had no hot water. My neighbor and I called Woods Comfort Systems and they were able to fit us in their schedule. Charles and Adolph were assigned to service our homes. They arrived and promptly resolved our issue. Appreciate their professionalism and expertise. They have a great reputation in our community. Will call them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Woods responded to our issue with the furnace system on the same day. Travis was excellent. He explained the issue and went over everything in detail and even helped us get our system warranty registered to ensure we would have the full warranty.

Michael Eisenhauer had excellent customer service. Very efficient in time. Explained everything about the preventative maintenance on the AC. Highly recommend for service!!!!
