Woods installed several new systems for us last year. We have had a couple of small issues that were promptly taken care of. My service tech was Michael Eisenhauer. Great communication and professional job skills.

On May 19th your employee driving truck #156 on purpose he recklessly took the turn lane to pass. He was driving east on 306 and common. The other vehicles had to hit the brakes in order to avoid an accident.

Professional service, timely, service man seemed very knowledgeable, took his time, explained what he did. I was very impressed with Travis. He did an excellent job.

The technician, Juan, did a complete preventative service. He was very professional and courtesy. He is a person that you can trust your system to. I am so happy he was sent to my home and look forward to seeing him in the spring

Travis has been our technician now for a few years and he's always been very personable, professional & helpful to us in keeping our system working well and to extend its life for as long as possible. Today was no exception as he helped us prepare for the worst of the winter months this year. We appreciate him very much!

Not impressed with the company. A call on Sunday to report we had no AC got us nowhere. Repair guys did not come out until 2 pm the next day. Repair guys were great, having to order a new compressor. Today we have heard nothing about a estimated time as to when we might expect to have air-conditioning again. In this heat and all the money we spent on the unit , i expected better service.
