Not sure where to start!
Woods Comfort Systems was hired to perform the install of HVAC system by my home builder in October/November 2021. They installed, checked it, inspected it and gave it a thumbs-up and left. Fast forward to 2 weeks later - I called the builder letting them know that the first floor was not getting enough heat, but the second floor was really hot. Builder tells me a week later that everything has been fixed and it is all good.
I get the bill and I am surprised to see a 400% increase from normal bills. The second floor of the house was like an oven - always above 88 degrees even if the thermostat was at 72. The drywall from my ceiling began crumbling and falling off.
After multiple panic calls, someone came to check it and said 'it should be OK now'. The very same evening, temperature was back above 87 degrees with the thermostat being set to 'OFF'. It was a weekend so had to make panic calls again using the emergency line to get someone to look into it.
Long story short - it was finally fixed after a dozen attempts. See the picture, they forgot to connect the duct! The first person who attempted to fix it connected the return & supply lines together! I made several calls asking to speak to the owner, and to ask that they bear the electricity/heating bills as it was a fault of theirs - no luck. They did send me a check that covered about 25% of the bill - but not even an apology for the amount of trauma I had to go through!
There was one tech who really saved the day for me and the single star is for him. He spent a lot of time going through everything and documented it - without him, I doubt if they would have ever solved the problem.
Anyways - be warned. You don't have any help from the owners or the company if you get the wrong tech.

Thank God literally for an A/C technician that knows what he is doing. I had an emergency and Michael Gomez was right on it. He is very knowledgeable and a super nice person to be around. He located the problem at once and took care of it Thank you for a reliable and professional service Michael.

My family has bad dust allergies, so I inquired about a UV light system to be installed. We went with the whole Solaris system, that filters and sanitizes the vents, and charges the dust molecules so they can be filtered better. The tech, Michael, also cleaned the mold out of the AC unit, and changed our thermostat to run the fan more often to filter the air. I am confident that the dust and mold are now being conquered. Michael was thorough in his explanations, professional, and efficient.

Employee talked us into purchasing a maintenance package for $199...ensured they would contact us to schedule the maintenance. They did not. WE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED.
When one of the batteries in the AC unit recently needed replacing, the company charged us full price without deducting the $199 we had previously paid and never received service.
Customer service acknowledged the lack of service and now offer to perform 2 free services as opposed to giving the money back.

Earlier today when I went upstairs I discovered the carpet was wet. Then I looked up and saw a tiny hole where water was dripping. I ran downstairs as quickly as a senior person can and asked my husband where the HVAC unit was in the attic. He pointed right where the leak was. Frantic to shut off this source, I called our usual guy. They don’t work on weekends. Next I called another company we had used. Same message. Then I found a local guy and he answered the phone right away. He said they were so busy that they might get to us on Monday or Tuesday. I just sat the phone down and cried.
The last person suggested a company so I called them. The girl was super nice and understood our situation. About two hours later, there was a knock on the door. I got up and there stood a professional technician in uniform who introduced himself. I could have hugged him! An hour later he had everything fixed, drained, and all he needed was water to drink.
I quickly added his company and phone number to my appointment book.
These guys are professional. They explain what was found and what they did to fix things. Hopefully I won’t have to use them any time soon but if I need help, I know who to call! Thank you Woods Comfort Systems.

*Did I mention I called them at 6:30 on a Friday night and didn’t get price gouged? We will absolutely use this company going forward.

Woods Comfort Systems is our go-to A/C and heating company for our commercial business. They're extremely responsive and professional. They also work quickly for both installation and maintenance appointments. We just had a 30 year old A/C unit replaced by Justin and Thomas and they did an excellent job and communicated with us throughout the process. They even had to install a unit on a rooftop, which I am sure is not easy at all.

I have a partial warranty, my warranty of parts and labor just expired. I understand that. But he said if i wanted to use the warranty for parts i would have to wait one more week. We were already without ac for one week waiting on them. Then he says he has a part on the truck, it's better than the warranty part. He charge me very expensive for parts and labor, even though we had a partial warranty. He knew i had a daughter and wife at home with no air condition. i paid him because of my family. Terrible and not appropriate.
