Woods Comfort Systems

I would just like to shoutout Woods and the people they have working for them. What a great experience I have had with them. So my story is long so I am going to skip to meeting Will as he was walking back to his van after finishing a call. I told him about all my ac woes and he assured me that whatever they were that no issue would be to big for them. He asked me to call the company and to ask for him and when I did I was equally impressed with the level of customer service I received from Kelly. I don't know what's in the water over there but I like it and so many more companies could learn a thing or two on how to treat a customer from them. So when Will got to the house he again introduced himself and immediately put on some booties as he entered the house. He was very professional and extremely polite. He checked the system from one end to the other and then he told me about all that was going on and offered things that I could do and watch out for concerning my system. What a top notch guy and company. I signed up for the maintenance plan which was well priced and wished Will well as he left my home. Woods Comfort Systems is doing something right, and for a first impression they have won me over. So glad I called.

Woods is a VERY reputable company with great technicians working for them. Travis is our tech. He is very knowledgeable and always very polite. I feel comfortable that he will do all that is necessary to make sure our systems stay in proper working order. I would highly recommend the company and more importantly- Travis-to everyone

In the balances of cost, dependability, reliability, and experience I found Woods to be a good choice. The install of the new unit was done promptly, and with good communication. Each member of their team seemed to know what they were doing, and could respond well to all of my many questions. The install was only days ago, and is working great, but I’ll come back and edit this review if anything changes.

Fastest response time ever. Especially during the freeze. My welfare was their concern. The crew were extremely nice, informative, caring, and certainly quick with the repair. Thank you Woods Comfort🙏🏼

Wonderful experience with Woods and especially with Michael Eisenhower. Michael came out and checked our old, failing system and discussed options. We decided to go with a new system after much discussion and are pleased with it. The installation process was professional and efficient.

During this horrible Texas summer, it wasn’t quite cooling so they sent out Juan to check on it. And one of the fan settings was set a little low, so he tweaked it. Very polite and friendly and knowledgeable.

I also had a few questions and concerns over the process and Michael was always nice about answering my questions. I highly recommend.

Travis came by for our biannual maintenance visit, he was very professional and thorough. Our dog Coco even approved. Thanks Travis for your excellent customer service.
