I hired this company to replace two exterior faucets. On the front exterior faucet, the seal between the pipe and the exterior house wall was broken and frayed. While the plumber replaced the faucet, he ignored the seal. I was not present at the time of the repair. Another adult in my household was present. When I arrived home after the repair was done, I noticed that the seal had not been repaired. I called Woods Comfort and expressed my disappointment. The woman I spoke with told me that someone would get back with me. No one did. I called a second time, later the same week, and complained a second time. Again, the woman I spoke with told that someone would get back with me. No one has. Instead, they have sent me an email and asked me to review them! The seal should have been repaired. I have attached a photo. Notice the seal. This is what Wood Comfort considers to be a repaired faucet. I was charged $424 for two faucets. This is what I got for my money. Very dissatisfied.
