Had my whole unit replace these are the real deal I got multiple quotes from different AC companies. Woods offered me the best warranty and a free hot water heater with my unit. You cannot go wrong as a homeowner. I highly recommend this company very professional very good work. I am a real homeowner and very happy.

The service has been off the charts! Saul and Thomas, Jr were so respectful, nice and such hard workers on one of the hottest days of the year to install a new unit. From the start of the process until the finish Chris Baylor did an excellent job, from my first phone call to book the service to the follow-up with an estimate, everyone from Wood Comfort have been responsive, professional and courteous. Chris Baylor called prior to heading this way, after arrival assessing the job and explaining all the costs and processes. Fixed our plugged plumbing and put everything back into place.

of the next day after noon. They arrived 36 h. He spent about 45 minutes until he found the issue. Some insulation had rubbed off a wire on the outside unit causing a short. He taped it up and it started working. The only thing I did not like was the dispatch fee of $85 and a labor fee of $81, AND a fuel fee of $5 for a total of $171! $228/ hour. I felt this was excessive. I certainly don’t make that much. The technician was courteous and professional and did a good job.

Michael was able to work me into his busy day and replaced my failed starter capacitor in 10 minutes. He also gave me some helpful tips on my system. Great job.

We had a clogged condensate line and couldnt fix it ourselves. Travis came out on same day notice and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Money well spent and we have our AC back.
