Michael E. got this fixed incredibly quick. It was frustrating having to wait almost a week for the repair to happen, especially during a heatwave where it's 100+ outside and 90+ inside, but Michael was a huge help and I'm appreciative of him getting it fixed so fast

Michael Eisenhower was timely, processional, and spot on regarding his troubleshooting. Failed parts were identified quickly and replaced on the spot. Options were presented along with pricing. Great experience with David and Vicki coordinating the mobilization as well.

Installed a complete new system with new design, location ducting, everything. The system is great. I've had them do preventive as well as some repair work. Always very happy with the service. David Partain is a man of his word and Michael Eisenhauer is the best technician. All the other folks including those in the scheduling office are also very pleasant and responsive. Thanks guys.

One of our ACs was not working and we were able to get seen for an appointment same day. We dealt with Michael Eisenhauer and he was so professional and helped us understand the state of our two units. We did end up replacing one, and the process was smooth and Install was quick. Way over priced, spent $90 on a diagnostic and was quoted an additional $945 for a condenser fan motor replacement. The part costed me $180 from an online retailer and 15 minutes of my time to replace. 8 bolts and 3 wires later my A/C was working perfectly. It definitely felt like they were ripping me off. I’m glad I didn’t end up using them to repair my unit. The repairman was very nice and polite though.

Michael Eisenhuer made it so simple. My condenser died. Sadly this 14 yrs old unit had to go. Michael gave me time for research then presented his recommendations in plain English. The next day, Woods' extremely profession install team worked until my new system was insyalled and running. Unit works great!!! I am so happy I gave them a hug. Big, expensive, necessary things can be very scary. Michael replaced my fears with common sense and facts. I feel great about my decisions. Thank you all at Woods! I used Woods Comfort System based on a coworkers recommendation. The technician - Triston - did a very thorough review of our HVAC equipment and was extremely informative. He offered a number of solutions to potentially improve the air quality in our home. I'd definitely use this service again based on this experience
