Tech was running late. They called promptly and informed us how long they would be. It's the middle of summer so we understood. Communication fixed a potential deal breaker.
The tech arrived within the time frame quoted which was very much appreciated. Todd C. was our tech. Very professional and was thorough and informative. He gave us his prognosis and completed the job in a timely manner. I did not feel like I was being up sold. He showed me why I needed what was needed and explained to me what he was doing.
Ended up setting up a semi annual maintenance plan with Veteran Air because they are honest and professionals. Thanks for being awesome Veteran Air and Todd C.!

My AC stopped cooling on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Lisa at Veteran Air and they didn't have any appointments until 3 days later but Lisa called and let me know someone had canceled and she put me in that slot. Todd came out on time and within a few minutes he had founded the problem and was able to add some freon and AC back up and running at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call again when I need AC service. Very knowledgeable technician and outstanding customer service. My family and I thank you all so much.

We were very pleased with the service Jose provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and just a pleasure to have in our home. He was able to clear a very difficult clog that another company was unable to do, for a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be coming back to Veteran Air again. THANK YOU!!

This company was ABSOLUTELY incredible to deal with, Jeff was extremely nice and answered some questions for me as the operations manager. Lisa was great in helping to coordinate for Kevin to come out in a timely manner and gave me very professional recommendations at my home! I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any AC services that you may have! Showed up in less than a few hours after my call and got my home taken care of. High quality service from high quality people!

Excellent customer service!! The woman who scheduled me was very pleasant and had excellent communication skills. Something you don't see anymore. Jose was awesome also! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and good at explaining things to me. They have my business from now on!

Jose was excellent! This was my first time using Veteran Air and he did an excellent job. Explained everything and was very thorough in his inspection. Provided recommendations and gave a Veteran discount. Excellent service!! We will use them again and recommend to others
