Veteran Air

Another AC company said I was out of warranty and needed to pay $4000 for a new compressor. They were trying to get money out of me. But Veteran Air came in and changed the compressor through the warranty company and only charged me labor. They are honest and have definitely earned my business going forward.

Just before our first hot spell of summer our AC went out, at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday. It was appreciated that someone answered the phone at that time. Todd came out & identified the problem and now we're back up and running. Throughout the whole process, the communication and response was excellent. Todd was professional. We are so thankful that Veteran Air came through for us, and highly recommend using them.

Everyone at Veteran Air is so incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Todd specifically is one of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. He treated our home with respect and dealt with our HVAC issue efficiently. We have been dealing with a malfunctioning HVAC in our rental home on and off for several months and the same part has broken several times, most likely due to improper installation by a different company. We decided to call Veteran Air for a second opinion and are now urging our landlord to use them for all HVAC issues here on out. Todd was very thorough when evaluating the system’s issues, and explained exactly what was causing the lack of cooling. In addition, he coordinated and installed portable units for us to use while other Veteran Air employees work behind the scenes to contact our landlord and arrange for the necessary parts to be installed correctly. I can’t sing the praises of this company enough.

Ryan was awesome! He showed me everything he found and made great suggestions on how to resolve all my HVAC issues. Extremely helpful and professional. Look forward to many years of Veteran Air maintaining my HVAC system.

Absolute top notch service - came out on short notice, identified a leak and repaired same day - finally my house is cool again…. I signed up for a service plan as well because they were honest and candid which is just hard to find anymore!

Kevin was very professional, friendly, arrived early. I had no idea I called a San Antonio professional. He drove all the way to Austin to take care of a problem with my nest thermostat. The charge for the service was only 2x as much that it probably cost for their gas. I really wish they were located closer to me because I would call them every time I needed air conditioner, thermostat etc. service. Thank you Kevin!
