Veteran Air

I love Veteran Air so much! Pricier than I expected, but so far worth every penny just in peace of mind knowing they are honest, total pros, military veterans, and unbelievably customer focused. After they moved heaven and earth to do a same-day install of whole new split HVAC last year (new system is amazingly quiet and efficient) Todd went out of his way to get me awesome portable cooling units to use until he can replace a faulty board on the outside unit, only wish they could verify correct parts from warehouse before shipping as wrong part delivered meant extra long time w/o my a/c and 2x electricity use w/ those portables. That said, they have absolutely A+ customer focus. Can’t recommend Veteran Air enough!

Veteran Air is awesome. Very polite and friendly to work with, communicate with you their arrival times, show up on time, and know their stuff. They take the time to explain things to you, and are very helpful. I am extremely pleased with their service of my homes equipment and their friendliness.

The scheduler was very polite, a rare thing nowadays. She was able to schedule service promptly with Kevin, who also was very cordial, efficient, and communicated clearly. He went above and beyond by checking other ares of the system after repairing the original problem (without being asked). They are my go-to HVAC repair company moving forward.

I am a remodeling contractor. Sometimes I go through subcontractors quickly. I grew tired of the antics of my previous HVAC subcontractor. I did my research and called Veteran. I am very pleased with the service that they've provided and will definitely be using them going forward.

Todd was extremely helpful and professional. Overall his work was great, he took his time to make sure to inspect the entire unit. His professionalism was exceptional and will continue to use their service.

Same day service! Sweet lady answered the phone- listened and took notes. Texted updated (with a picture) on when the service man would arrive. Todd was on time and very professional.

Very professional! NEVER had a company be so thorough and my HVAC units have NEVER been serviced like they were today and have owned a home for 45+ years. I HIGHLY recommend Veteran Air. Our AC went out at 4:30 p.m. because our thermostat lost power. I called Veteran Air at 4:50. Jeff quickly called me back (before I could even leave a message) and was able to work us in at around 9 p.m. that same night. They sent a text with a picture of the tech, Todd, to let me know Todd was en route. Then Todd called me with an estimated time of arrival. He showed up when he said he would and didn’t charge an “emergency” fee or try to sell me anything extra. Todd, was very friendly and helpful. He was working late and did not complain about being out late and provided impeccable service. He took the time to put on shoe protectors each time he came in and took them off when he walked outside. Veteran Air will definitely be our first call for any future HVAC issues! Thank you for helping us out tonight…we appreciate it!

Had a great experience with Veterans Air, they came out earlier than my original appointment, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, he took pictures to show me and explained what he was doing.. I hight recommend them, they really seemed to be a honest company that care about the customer.. they are Veteran Owned which I also light being a retired military myself. Would highly recommend Veteran Air for your next HAVC service.
