My A/C was a little bit old even though it's not giving me a headache yet but I decided to replace with a new one so I called 3 contractor to give me a price quote for the whole system the 2 contractor that I called earlier their price for the whole system are fair but when Darren from Veterans Air came over and explain it to me everything I was impressed even though the price for the whole system was a little bit higher than the 2 contractor I called earlier I decided to go with the Veterans Air service the reason is they have a really good reviews after I sign the contract the next day Jason and Jonathan came over and removed and replaced the old one with a new system. They are really good I was impressed how they work I thought it will take them the whole day but it didn't take that long to replace the whole system and after they are done and checked everything to make it sure the whole system is working and everything works no glitch whatsoever I will give them 5 star rating. Thank you Veterans Air you made my life easier.

I had Todd come out to my house for a service call. He was on time and provided excellent service. I will be using their service from now on.

I called Veteran Air and Lisa was so very accommodating. She dispatched Mr. Jose Peregrino out and he arrived within a couple of hours the same day! He patiently fixed my lovely husband’s DIY work (sorry hubby) and also fixed our previous company’s poor installation from a prior job. Thank you Veteran Air and Mr. Jose for a great job. You earned a client for life.

I have several veterans within our family so I decided to reach out to request a quote for a new HVAC system. Through my discussion with Darren, I decided to have the A/C unit maintenanced. A technician in the area was available (Jose). He was there within the hour. They far exceeded my past experienced with two different big name HVAC companies locally owned. Darren and Jose went above and beyond and I will certainly recommend to friends and family. To all the veteran employees, Thank you for your service.

TL;DR- Highly recommend Veteran Air for their high quality skills, extremely professional care, and response time. I know that if I’m ever in need with my HVAC system, they will be my first call.

My heating went out on the morning of the 23rd, rental company did not respond to the maintenance request at all and it was getting dark. I called Veteran Air because I, myself, am military and wanted to support their business. Jeff, who I spoke to at 8pm, told me that they would send someone out in the morning. Really great service, well informed, awesome response time. It was Christmas Eve and they still sent someone out. Thanks Todd for being there and responding to the call. It means a lot.

The technician was actually 2 hours early to our appointment , which was remarkable, & advised, recommended & showed us where the problems were with our system. Very professional & understanding of our situation .

Excellent service starting from the phone call to schedule the appointment and ending when they left my house, giving me a greater knowledge on what was going on with my system.

I will be having a new 2 stage system installed this Spring, and Veteran Air will get that job for sure!

Edit (6/23/23): Finally had a new AC installed through Veteran Air. There where a few hiccups, but I expected it on a job that big. Everyone I talked to on the phone and those that came to my house for the different areas of the install where all great. When spending that much money I can be grumpy and a pain to work with, but they did it graciously and professionally...especially Lisa who had to take all my phone calls!

The new system runs great, is quiet and our house stays at a brisk 71 degrees at all times now, even during the hottest part of the day!

Called at 7am, at our home by 930am. Repaired another company's installation mistake. As a disabled veteran I love supporting vet owned businesses and these guys did not disappoint. Wish I would have found them earlier to the care of my new system installation. A+ will definitely use again.

My AC unit stopped working. Called Veteran Air. I was prepared for the worst and ended up having an amazing experience! I will always use this company and recommend them to everyone.

Call and talk to a real human. Fantastic and quality business. I miss businesses like these. Both people that I interacted with were professional, had very intimate knowledge, FAST, and were just plum happy to help. Huge shoutout to Kevin Oakes. That's a solid person. I stand by my beer offer...or coffee or whatever :)
